Caleb has been absolutely stellar) ^---- That is the short answer to my experience. I am a Shreveport, LA native and we don't have a Tesla dealer currently. So, when I got the idea to do this... When I got the idea to buy a used one... When I decided to drive 4 hours to see this vehicle sight unseen or even travel back on a battery powered car... I was gambling. The thing is I don't go to casinos, slot machines or scratch offs because in simple words... "The House always wins." I do gamble in life but getting a vehicle is something I normally don't choose to do. They were attentive... they (Caleb) were quick to answer everything I was concerned with. They offer local delivery and funny enough... was optimistic they would deliver to me. Clearly they don't drop off to Shreveport but it was enticing. I could tell the house was concerned over price but outside of that was wanting to grow their business by taking care of their clients. Fast forward ahead... I bought. I made the drive and had a weird situation happen once I returned home. Then another a month later. The care and effort put in during the 1st call was the same during the 2nd. I will buy my next Tesla (by the way.... I absolutely love the vehicle) from these guys. I am thinking it will be nice to see the model S next to a X... Very grateful they did what was asked of them without hesitation and I would highly recommend you use them moving forward.

Steve and chase are legends, buy from them. got a super nice p100d at a ridiculously good price and couldn’t be more excited about it. they made the process very smooth

I am 58 years old. I have bought many cars in my lifetime. By far this was the best experience ever. Steve, was extremely knowledgeable and direct. A few days later my car would not recognize the key. Steve provided instructions over the phone and offer to come to pick me up if need it(what dealership does that?). A few days later my kids wanted to come by and see their Huge Tesla selection. At the same time, I saw that a bottom flap sticking out. The team fixed it at no charge. Anyone buying a Tesla should not waste any time going from dealership to dealership as they would only deal with trade-ins. Auto Centrix has an incredible facility and selection. Best Regards, Ricky

Steve Salerno at Auto Centrix was very responsive and helpful from the very beginning of our inquiry up through purchase and delivery of our vehicle. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

The salesperson was nice enough, and even took extra pictures of the car for me. But, they do not deliver. You have to arrange that yourself. This was disappointing, since the listing for the car I was looking at specifically said Delivery Available.

I spoke to Steve on phone at 8:00 AM, he called me back when he reached at dealership and the next hour I was at dealership. I was there with my son and wife looking into Tesla S signature series that Steve spoke about on the phone with me. In next 1 hour, we were driving the car back home. This is probably faster then buying few clothes at adidas. I was happy with Steve and his team. They are professional and not too much mark up on their inventory. I would definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a used Tesla to check out their inventory first. 5- Star dealing, honestly and service.

Auto Centrix UN- Dealership for pre-owned Tesla cars is the place to go and visit. Very impressive show room with several Tesla cars to chose from and test drive. Very pleased with my purchase of 2018 Model S 75D Black.
