Super convenient

I brought the car in yesterday for some routine service and I was in and out with a loaner car in about 15 minutes. The call me and told me that it was ready before the time that they'd scheduled and I picked it up hasslefree everything was perfect.

Really Tried Hard to Fix It

Usually when I've gone to the dealer for service I feel like there's a brick wall between the guy doing the work and the front desk. I had a strange noise coming from the engine that only reproduced under very specific acceleration conditions. I asked for the mechanic to go for test ride and they didn't hesitate or hassle me at all. Took quite a while, and they had the car and extra 2 days trying and trying to make sure they found the issue. Eventually, they called and said V-belt tensioner. Sure enough, they were right. Car runs quiet now and I feel like I went to the local guy I can actually talk to. Nice job Mazda.

Very pleasant and helpful personnel, pleased with service

Always a Great Experience!

The entire group at Capo Mazda is so "customer focused" from Lou and Freddy in Service to Diego in sales. They just always seem to trying to figure out what they need to do to make you completely 100% satisfied!

Exceptional Seervice

We brought our car in for Routine Service and then learned Field Rodents had taken residence on the intake manifold. In addition they had begun chewing on some of the wiring. The Service Tech was able to put everything back in proper order, repair the wiring and offer a solution to eliminate future trouble. We are very pleased with the care and attention given to our concerns!

Fabulous service department

Capo Mazda is great but Fredy is Awesome!!!! Fredy makes the entire customer service experience easy, and simple. He is incredibly customer-centric and the car always comes out tuned to perfection.

Reccomended

Rick did not judge the book by the cover. Dead nice to deal with in general. Genuine. Gave me the information I needed as a new arrival to the area and the driving scene. Promoted the sale without being pushy about it. Able to work out what he was dealing with. Gave me a great send off, nicely done. Rick introduced me to Moe, so it was justan Hallo... Paul Clark in Finance is the right man on that job. I only met himfor the finale but I could identify his skill.

Terrific service and great waiting area!

I am always extremely satisfied with Capo Mazda's service and accommodations. They are fast, efficient, and affordable. The waiting area offers great amenities so I can work on my laptop while I wait for my car. Thanks Capo Mazda service staff!
