I was overcharged for a salvage vehicle. I knew it was salvage. I came to find out I was charged kbb value for a nonsalvage vehicle. The salesperson was Dean. NW Automotive conducts unfair business practices. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I am really pleased with my experience at this dealership. They have a huge inventory and their prices are very reasonable. The sales team was very accommodating throughout the purchasing process. This is the first time I have bought a used car and I was pleasantly surprised with how well it went. Thanks guys!

Beware Manager Terry is out for the money not for the customer. We got financed for a 2013 mini cooper. Terry was contacted that paperwork was all approved and email was being sent. A 10 am appointment was set for the next day to close. Terry knowing this phoned 2 hours after my bank contacted him and instructed us not to come he sold the car. I phoned Terry back and he said first come, first serve. I said paperwork was in order and time was scheduled to close. He stated we didn't even look at the car. I said online and obviously we wanted car we financed and that car is listed. Terry did not care. No apologies just that it is first come first serve. Don't waste your time here there are too many other dealers that are more honest than this dealer. Thank you. ​

Not a great experience dealing with this dealership. After treating several emails on a very specific car I got there at our scheduled time and the dealer did not even have it ready. Put me in another similar Tesla model three but not the one I was checking into and knew nothing about the cars. I would not trust buying a car off any of those guys.
