Overall great experience with Victor in Sales. But management should seriously consider being more upfront about the expensive 'painting coverage' charge that gets added to their no-haggle car price.

The salesman I dealt with and the sales office were

The salesman I dealt with and the sales office were incredibly nice with no "sales" tactics really used. My issues came immediately after leaving the lot with the SUV that I purchased. I drove the car for 90 minutes and the check engine lights came on. When I called and complained the service manager pretty much said what do you want me to do it worked. Clearly that is not the case. The engine light came on. Fast forward 2 weeks. The engine light is on again and there's nothing they can do because it's out of warranty. To my own fault I did not purchase the extended warranty as it was almost 1/3 the price of the car. So that is absolutely on me. My issue is that they sold me a car that won't run even 1500 miles without engine warning lights. That's just bad business. I understand that legally you are in the clear. But I'm not complaining of a noise or rattle. I would never recommend this establishment to anyone nor would I ever purchase a car from them again.

Very smooth and professional experience.

Very smooth and professional experience. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and helpful throughout the process. The car was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I was looking for. I appreciate the straightforward approach and would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
