Since Car Five has multiple dealerships (since same

Since Car Five has multiple dealerships (since same company)I want to share with our experience with Car Five in Nashua NH Beware and stay away !!! Wife was unsatisfied with this company.Never same person to talk with as we did have a salesperson.It was a phone tag situation.Communication was horrible.Very aggressive and rude!!! We gave a $500 deposit and with no receipt signing or paperwork stating it was non refundable we lost $500 as we decided not to purchase car there.Our credit card statement said for gas not deposit. So we paid for a gas bill for $500 that upset us. They also had called and said we can’t take the car until the check clears from the bank where we got approved for the loan that was really disappointing and really upset us because that’s not correct.Then someone different called and said we can take the car home the same day. The way the deal was going ,with all the run around and different things said we felt we needed to not to continue to purchase as we felt if they could be this scummy and pushy. So we lost the down deposit and try to fight it so beware when dealing with them and look at and for paperwork not to be accurate.As a company person I am I would of given deposit back due to all the chaos we had to deal with. They have multiple dealerships so they only care about money not satisfaction. So we went somewhere else got treated like we should and bought a BMW

Carfive Nashua is welcoming,warm,easygoing,-No pressure

Carfive Nashua is welcoming,warm,easygoing,-No pressure attitude. My salesman Mark, really cared if I found the right car + price! Carfive's website has expansive inventory of newer pre-owned($10,000.-up) BUT, we found a 2018 "creampuff" $8,600. (82,000 mi.) Like New! Love at first sight- test drive- easy paperwork! Few days later in my garage! I'm so happy- I send a big thank you to Mark.He did everything RIGHT! Who am I? Patricia a proud Hyundai Accent owner! Merry Christmas🌲 to all!

am giving 1 star because there is no option for zero. I purchased a car on December 13, 2024, and as of today, I still have not received it. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I have had to follow up multiple times with no updates, and it seems I am the only one making an effort to find out what’s going on. I’ve tried reaching Mark several times, but he has not responded to my calls until I lodged a formal complaint. Last week, on Wednesday, I called to inquire about the status of the RTA, and we were able to resolve that issue. The next day, Mark assured me that a runner would be sent to collect my plates so that I could have my car by Friday. However, when I called yesterday, I was informed that the necessary documents had not been sent to the RMV at all. Mark later confirmed that the papers were just sent, but this is yet another example of poor communication and delays. Today, on November 26, 2024, I called again to check on the status, and once again, I was told I may receive my car by tomorrow or Friday. In the meantime, I’ve been paying for Uber rides to get to work for the past two and a half weeks. My income is not sufficient to cover these additional transportation costs, which is causing significant financial strain. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism and transparency. This revision is clearer, more concise, and maintains a professional tone while conveying your frustration and the issues you’ve faced.

I just recently purchased a suv from CarFive on Nashua. I am very over the top pleased with the friendly service, to the determination to get me everything I wanted! Veronica is excellent in her job and had the reassurance she would do her very best! I have to say... she did! Carolina the office Manager worked really had to get my payments to were i needed them. She had perseverance to achieve that for me! 5 stars from me

My husband and I recently purchased a used GMC Acadia

My husband and I recently purchased a used GMC Acadia from the Nashua Dealership. I popped in the day before without my husband to get an idea for what I was looking for initially. I met Veronica who was a very friendly saleswoman. She was easy going and not pushy- which was welcoming. We were back and forth between deciding to look at a vehicle at the sister location in Plaistow, which I had been communicating with online saleswoman Victoria about. There was a delay in the Plaistow vehicle being ready to look at, so we decided to meet with Veronica in Nashua on a Saturday morning. She was so easy to work with and patient. We did not go home with the vehicle right away, as paperwork needed to process through the CU during business hours on a weekday. While waiting Veronica contacted me to notify that there were some maintenance issues that needed to be addressed and that CarFive was going to take care of them. Ultimately there ended up being a few times of the car going in and out of the shop to get it tip top. Again, throughout that process she kept communication with me and was very responsive. When I went to the dealership on her day off, every employee I came in contact with was so kind and accommodating. From sales to service, we would definitely recommend CarFive to anyone! Thanks again!!

The team is very professional, they were honest and efficient. I came into the shop not looking to buy but everything was so easy that I went for it.. it was a nice experience.

I recently bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with

I recently bought a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk with 69000 miles on it as well as the extended warranty ontop of the dealerships 2500 mile warranty back on May 16th and now that car will not pass my state inspection the dealership expects me to have the car towed over 200 miles or to drive it back to New Hampshire knowing that is leaking transmission fluid or differential fluid onto the exhaust pipe which is a fire hazard instead of waving my 100$ deductible to cover the cost of the extended warranty fee. Poor customer service and shady salesmen I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from Carfive or buy another car from them in the future

We had a great experience buying a new (to us) 2020

We had a great experience buying a new (to us) 2020 truck. We worked with both Kaenny and Guilherme, each on different visits. They were very patient with us while we debated between two different trucks and test drove multiple times - just to be sure! There was no pressure on the purchase, and no pressure for any extras that we didn't want. After comparing across many dealerships, we were so happy to finally find what we were looking for at a price we were willing to pay.
