Lucas was GREAT

Lucas was a greats sales person and helped me with the entire process! They also had a great selection of cars, I highly recommend carfive to everyone I know!

Great Experience!

Great experience. Very satisfactory service. Best Dealer I've visited in years. The purchase was fast. Sales staff were attentive and looked for the best conditions for my purchase, especially Lucas, thank you very much. I recommend it to everyone!

Great experience buying a car!

First off, I find whole process of buying a car very daunting. That’s why I keep my cars well past their best days. Such was my situation recently. I knew I needed to start looking around, but it seemed like such a chore … definitely, not fun. Finally, one day, my car did fail, and I had no choice but to start the process of getting a new car. I knew I wanted a used car – but I wasn’t sure what make/style I wanted, and I really didn’t want to go to the big dealerships. I decided to try CarFive on Highland Avenue in Salem, Ma. It was a smaller dealership, but it seemed to have a good selection of cars. I am taking time to write this recommendation because I was very pleased with everyone at the dealership … from helping me choose a car (without pressure) and taking the time to answer all my questions. The price of my car was great! The car was spotless and to me it seemed like a brand-new car. There was one minor mechanical glitch that came up and it was fixed. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I don’t plan on buying another car for a few years… but if others are looking to …. I would highly recommend Car Five to others.

Great place. Great prices great service

Great prices, Great Guys. I bought my car a few weeks ago and I love it. The Guys were awesome. So nice, not what I thought car dealers were like at all. They have given me a great car buying experience. Thank you CarFive.

Do not buy a car here year and half and it's dead.

Bought 2012 Chevy traverse it's been a nightmare since day 1. Couldn't pass the first or second inspections. It's been back there so many times and has never ran without the engine light on. It's had two cat converts in less than a year. Somehow every mount in the engine snapped completely and had to pay 475. For a flex pipe that wouldn't have broken if the mounts weren't garbage. Oh but wait there's more. So after that. The light remains on and the sensors are bad. Oh boy! Mind you I have gotten a loaner once. Paying to fix the new car that I can't drive. So go rent a car to live. Don't forget the tow charges. So with all that I can't pass and inspection the car is dead in the driveway and I have only had it since February 2020. Being told it's the cam tensioner or something. So blown engine This dealership is running a racket. Three people I know bought similar gmc / Chevy's same vehicle different options all three have down the same thing. When you call John treats you as though your stupid and have no clue. Then laughs or says go somewhere else with your warranty. They should be known more for ruining people's credit than selling cars. Why have payments for a car that doesn't work and always needs money dumped into it. I will be calling solve it 7 ,the BBB , and the Salem chamber of commerce. I suggest others do the same

Don't waste your time.

Stay far, far away. I will tell you that contrary to what they tell you about how "GREAT" their customer service is, it's NOT. They sell a vehicle and my gets less than 30 miles from their dealership (in Hooksett) and it dies. Doesn't even make it home. Has no way to get to work and they do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it. They could care less and don't even have the decency to explain anything when you contact them. Trust me, go ANYWHERE else but here.

Very Friendly no pressure service

Great car buying experience. Everyone is so friendly. They had a great selection of quality vehicles. Their prices are reasonable and I got a great deal on a good car. Sales people are honest and not pushy at all. They never tried to upsell me like at other dealerships I have been to. The only drawback is that their lot is a bit crowded with no clear customer parking. They need a bigger lot. But that was just a minor issue in the overall pleasant buying experience.

Just bought a car from Lucas at CarFive, he was a great help and it was a fast and easy process, he even left me test drive the car and bring it to my mechanic to take a look at it. If I ever need a car in the future i’ll Be sure to come back to check them out!

Best overall deal than the dealerships I went to

I went here first then went to two other dealerships but ended up buying here. They had the best overall deal in the end compared to 2 other dealerships I went to. They also were not pushy and the financing was very easy. Would definitely recommend them.

Got me approved for my dream car!

Went in thinking I wasn’t going to be approved for the vehicle I wanted but that didn’t stop them from getting me approved with the best rate possible.
