i called they told me the car was available went yher for them to tell me it was in the other drove to otherlot for other lot to tell me why would they say that because they never had this car 4 hour and a tank of gas wasted

Very bad customer service
Had appointment went in no one assist me I left and they never call me back they sucks .I ask the desk rep to point me where the car was she said she don’t know.

Wasted Time
Was in various forms of communication all week with this dealer. Confirmed my appointment via text, email, and a phone call the day before. I drive into Queens from central NJ, just for them to be closed, not respond to my calls, emails, or text messages. If they knew they were closed, WHY WOULD THEY SCHEDULE ME TO COME IN FOR A TEST DRIVE! I Still haven't received any forms of communication back for the BS they pulled.

Don’t waste your time, confused staff
Don’t waste your time going there. Came for specific cars. Called before coming in to see them, when called service person said they were in stock. Upon arrival sales person didn’t know what inventory they even have. Then once I shown them the stock number, he mentions one car is not here yet and the other one was sold a while ago. Plus the cars i saw there were dirty inside and owner uses the cars for personal use.

I’ve been in communication with Pamela for 3 days discussing a car that’s been sold? I book an appointment to come down from PA to be pitched a more expensive car with more miles? Aside fork that prepared to be pitched a mandatory $3000 certified Pre-owned warranty. No apology from the manager or anything. If this place isn’t literally across the street, don’t waste your time - the car is probably sold.

I came for a test drive and they told me that the real price of the car is the price advertised on the internet plus $2950 down payment (whatever that means). They are scammers trying to lure people into their 'deal' and then scam on the price. Location is terrible, traffic moves at 5 miles per hour, impossible really to do test drive. There are so many legitimate dealers - this one is really to avoid.
