Defetive vehicle was sold
All around terrible experience at NorthStar Mitsubishi. My sales man was rude and is clearly in the wrong field of work. I only bought the car because I wanted it, which meant I had to put up with their abysmal service. I was told the car had been put through a thorough inspection and I trusted what they told me, which looking back was my mistake. After purchasing my car, I brought it to my mechanic upon which he told me this car was unsafe to be driven in its current condition. The front bumper was barley hanging on by two screws, one on each side. Both sides of the bumper are suppose to have 3 screws each. There were zero clips on my front bumper as well. Clearly, the car wasn't inspected because the problem would have been fixed before the car was put on the lot. Not to mention when I came to pick up my vehicle, before I noticed any of these problems, my salesman had me waiting in the lobby for 3 hours and repeated to me "its going to be a while" anytime I would ask what the hold up was. Come to find out, he was working on another sale with another client. We had already arranged a specific time for me to pick up my vehicle so he had plenty of time to prepare the car for me. After speaking to a manger his first words were "Your still here?". I asked him what was taking so long and he told me my salesman was with another customer. The manager set me up with another salesman and I was out of the building in 25 minutes. If your looking for honesty and trust when purchasing a vehicle, the last place you will find those attributes is at NorthStar Mitsubishi

purchased a car, scheduled delivery and it did not arrive.
I purchased a car online, and confirmed over the phone. I received an email confirmation for the scheduled delivery time. After two or three emails went without reply, I called to confirm. They gave me some details but reported someone would call back with the name of the financing company which my insurer wanted. Nobody called. The next day, I wrote again and did not hear any response again. I called and the person sounded confused and said someone would call back. The car did not arrive, nobody called. I wrote several more emails asking where my car was and nobody has responded at all. I'm speechless.

Did not deliver the car after confirming schedule

Stealership
Fake Prices... Made an offer on a work van that was damaged on front and rear bumpers. The salesperson didn't even acknowledge my offer and said there is no negotiating, the price is the price AFTER a mandatory $2,995 down payment? All prices shown are WITHOUT the extra $3k. Never heard of anything like this.

Very disappointed...
How does the price jump from$14,995 to $20,000 this place is a complete scam. The dealer was forcing me to believe that I must take these addons when in fact it is not true. I'm upset because I fell in love with the car however the wind shield was cracked all the way across which it does not show in photo. Think twice before you go to this specific dealership.

Very deceptive dealership
The listed a 2017 Nissan Sentra sv list price of $10795.00 talking to the girl on the phone I was informed of a 895.00 dealer fee idk where that came from and 75.00 document fee then we get to the dealer now they saying that they added a 2000.00 warranty fee so the total cost is now 15795 incredible and the best thing is that original price already reflects a 2995.00 down payment now where on the website doesn't it say that they are a very deceptive dealer and trying to get and squeeze as much out of the consumer as possible what a wast of time

Fist Time Car Buyer
Northstar Kia made my first car purchase super easy. I had done a lot of research and called them with a price I was looking for and they got me a better one after juggling through a bunch of dealerships. This Purchase happened during the Covid-19 Pandemic and Carlos was very cognizant of maintaining cleanliness and minimal contact. He was still able to introduce all the functions of the car as he was very knowledgeable of it. The Process did take a a bit longer than I had anticipated but he helped us through all we needed The car was supposed to come with 2 keys but they are currently working on Locating the second one which I thought was a little odd. Other than those small details it was an easy transaction by the team. Thanks again!

Lied on price then said cash price was $10K more!
lListed price on Cars.com was $18,300. Called dealer they said they would honor internet price if I was financing through them, otherwise the price was $27,000. I said that's almost $10,000 more than the advertised price. The girl then told me it was on their website for $20,000. I told her to check their listing on cars.com which she said she would and would then call me back. Well the listing is still here and the price is still $18,300 but I didn't get a call back. HUGE bait and switch on price here. Dishonest from the first phone call! Do business with these low life xxxx bags at your own peril. If the lie about their advertised price, then try to charge $10,000 more if you're paying cash, What else do you think they're getting ready to do to you??
