Ed Hicks INFINITI

Absolutely the best car buying experience I or anyone could hope for. I'd been searching for a new vehicle for over 2 months and spoke to countless other dealerships in that time frame. Most of those dealerships either refused to negotiate, added unnecessary dealer add ons, or flat out refused to give me the purchase order price and wanted me to drive multiple hours so I could see the total price including dealer fees. I had absolutely none of those issues with Ed Hicks Infiniti. My salesman Cody Clemens absolutely knocked it out of the park. After messaging him and getting my information from him, by the 4th message he already had his Sales manager emailing me the purchase order with no added unnecessary fees. After speaking with Edward Perry the sales manager we agreed to a price that worked with my pre-approved financing in just 2 emails on a car that was already the best price I could find in a 500 mile radius. When I arrived the next morning everyone I dealt with went above and beyond my expectations. I was in the Finance office for maybe 5 minutes because they had everything with my credit union ironed out before I arrived. They had a paintless dent repair technician removing a few little door dings removed, mind you I had already agreed to purchase the vehicle they just wanted me to be 100% happy with my purchase. The final cherry on top of these fantastic experiences was when I asked if the vehicle had both sets of keys. My salesman Cody Clemens reached out to the prior owner to inquire if he had the keys. The previous owner said he did and when he found them he'd call Cody to let him know. A few days later Cody called to let me know he went and got the spare key and the owners manual and would be mailing me the items with my new plates. This dealership will absolutely be the first place I look for my next car in the future and Cody Clemens is who I'll be reaching out to when I do.

Had such an amazing experience during the sales process. Not so much with the service team. Had service done on my vehicle and the loaner they gave me not only was filthy but in the back seat had two condoms. Yes condoms. Informed my service advisor Ns absolutely nothing was done. She never even escalated it to her manager. So disappointed. Utterly disgusting.

Cody Clemens was our salesperson for our 2022 Infiniti and we could not have asked for anyone better. He is excellent in all aspects of his job and goes above and beyond. We have had nothing but the best experience with him and the departments at the dealership. We have called him at different daytime and nighttime hours with a question regarding our vehicle gadgets and he has always answered and has been very willing to help. We have bought many vehicles and he has made our experience with Infiniti wanting to continue doing business with them in the future.
