Had an awesome coupon for an oil change, which I used… Robbie, and Jacqueline were both very pleasant and very easy to work with…. the only negative thing I can say is that your wiper blades are highly priced way out of the ballpark… so I didn’t get any… I was prepared to pay up to 60 or $65 for the set to be installed but only to find out that the set was going to be $130. That is really ridiculous… your facility was clean and enjoy having a cup of coffee while waiting for my car I will return….

For years, we’ve been a Chevy/Ford family, but that all changed last Friday. We were out driving, killing time, and decided to check out the Infiniti lot. We were really impressed with both the quality and the price, and ended up purchasing a QX60. Having bought several cars over the years, we can confidently say the entire Ed Hicks team is a pleasure to work with. Our saleswoman, Kate Douglas, was incredibly kind and patient as we asked countless questions. Moving forward, this will definitely be our first stop when shopping for a new vehicle!

I appreciate how quickly the service department generally gets my vehicle repaired and back out to me. Robby is really attentive and always gets back to you as soon as possible

The service department at Ed Hicks Infiniti has to be one

The service department at Ed Hicks Infiniti has to be one of the best in Corpus Christi. They arranged transportation, has a nice comfortable waiting area, good WiFi and the service rep Ms Jackie was very knowledgeable, professional a five star professional, I believe it would be a negative review if not for her drive to get the job done to and beyond the customer expectations
