4 Days after purchasing a vehicle for them. It broke down and had to be towed to them, and then had to argue for them to warranty it, where they kept the vehicle for 10 days, telling me they were working on it, but refusing to tell me what shop was working on it? I threatened to report the vehicle stolen and got a call back that it was all set except it was not. They did absolutely nothing to the vehicle and then had to take it to a different shop for repairs. Do yourself a favor run away from this dealership!

They lower sales price only to suprise you with a 1200-1800 prep fee. Dont walk into this dealer expecting any type of deal. Cash they raise the price, they lean into finance. No intuitive interaction with sales person and they dont really know anything about the vehicles they are selling.

I bought a car at this dealer and it was useless, 15 days after buying it the engine was not working and the dealer does not want to respond, be careful when buying at this dealer, all the cars have more than 80 thousand miles and are useless

I’ve been to many dealerships during my car search, Fast Track has easily been the best experience even though I didn’t find the car for me: • Ramon is a genuinely good guy, big heart, no pressure • Best test drive experience ever (you’ll see what I mean) • cars super clean • every dealer adds on an addtion charge. Fast Track’s added rate was the lowest of the 8 dealerships I have been to • I was skeptical of the positive reviews. The look of the place isn’t impressive, but the way they run their business is an outlier compared to other dealerships I worked with
