I’ve been shopping for cars all my life, but , for sure I have had the best experience at fast track motors. I just took delivery of my 2023 Mercedes S63 Amg, and I could not be happier, it was a seamless experience , and I left at ease with no buyers remorse. My experience with ceasar as a finance professional was top notch. Will recommend all my friends and family here. Rme

Recently I was about to purchase Toyota RAV4 from this

Recently I was about to purchase Toyota RAV4 from this dealership, but was surprised with $2000 preparation fee which was not included to the advertised price. By NJ consumer law the buyer has a right to purchase the vehicle for the advertised price, which makes this deal a total fraud. If the dealer prepares the car before selling it, all his expenses MUST be included in the final price. Be very careful with this dealership, they try to get your money with hidden fees.

THIS IS THE WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH IN MY

THIS IS THE WORST DEALER I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH IN MY LIFE BY FAR, THE LIES AND THEFT IS ABSURD COMING FROM THEM. I drove all the way down from Massachusetts to new jersey, and they have 28 days to get me plates. they gave me a temporary plate which is now 5 days expired. I've called a dozen times they keep blaming my insurance company. it wasn't my insurance company's fault. I have proof of this on a recorded call, all they had to do is call up the insurance company and give them all the information over the phone and the insurance company would have sent over the stamped RMV 1 Form needed and we would have been done weeks ago, Denisha at the dealer is in charge of title work, My sales person Isaac and Finance manager Cesar also have not helped me whatsoever, I feel like I'm in a bad nightmare Denisha had over a month to just take a few minutes to call them and get what she needed. At first, I thought it might have been my insurance company, until I talked to them further and realized it definitely was not the insurance companies' fault and had it all on recording. Also, this dealer sold me a van with 1 headlight out, the top Lights of the van weren't working either and the license plate light wasn't working. I drove in the dark for 4 hours with a busted headlight. I didn't even ask them to pay for those damages. I paid for it all myself. I have been promised a new temporary plate for now, but they lied about that, they said they would send it, and they have not. I had no choice, so I called an attorney to file a complaint with the attorney generals on Monday to get our plates. My attorney is also filing a police report. Hopefully the owner here cares about his customers. This is a work van used to make money and can't be used until this dealer gives me what they are legally obligated to give me. I just started a business; I saved up my whole life and roughed through Heart Disease and I have diabetes, and this dealer is making me very stressed out. I could lose my business before It even starts, These people are treating my like trash . My attorney told me to also call the news, So I think I will try that, maybe the attorney general's office and the news can help me, I just need either another temporary license plate or my license plates which they are legally obligated to provide and are way past the LEGAL deadline. After being lied to and yelled at for 5 weeks, my health and stress has been very bad, I have to take alot of medicine daily for my heart and some to bring down my blood pressure, I don't know how a company can treat another human being like this. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS AUTO DEALERSHIP, THEY WILL LIE, STEAL AND CHEAT YOU. I DONT CARE HOW MANY GOOD REVIEWS THEY HAVE, ALL MY PROOF IS IN MY EMAILS AND IM HAPPY TO DISCUSS WITH ANYONE, ALL I WANT IS A TEMP PLATE OR MY PERMANENT PLATES THIS COMING WEEK.

This dealership deserves a 5 star rating.

This dealership deserves a 5 star rating. I went there last week and bought a BMW X3 and have to return this week to buya BMW X6. I've been to several dealership before but this dealership in 10/10 they dont pressure you in buying they leave you to make up your mind in purchasing. "Jessenia and Ramon" deserves reward in their jobs they make you feel at home well done guys.

They tried to sell me an all wheel drive Mercedes with different tires on it. All wheel drive cars should have the same tires on it. They also only had one key. How do you justify a 25k car with one key and they were not willing to negotiate. The guy was rude when I told him I can’t buy from anyone who’s not willing to negotiate. Selling cars that are valued by Kelly’s Blue Book and the car doesn’t meet the Blue book specs then the car isn’t valued at the blue book price

4 Days after purchasing a vehicle for them.

4 Days after purchasing a vehicle for them. It broke down and had to be towed to them, and then had to argue for them to warranty it, where they kept the vehicle for 10 days, telling me they were working on it, but refusing to tell me what shop was working on it? I threatened to report the vehicle stolen and got a call back that it was all set except it was not. They did absolutely nothing to the vehicle and then had to take it to a different shop for repairs. Do yourself a favor run away from this dealership!
