Ramon Lugo is an ideal sales rep. He reached out by phone an hour prior to my test drive appointment to confirm. Upon my arrival, he met me in the sales lot with keys in hand. He was attentive to my concern over an issue I had identified with the driver's side mirror, and he had a mechanic address the problem immediately. In about three hours, start to finish, I said goodbye to my trade-in and rolled off the lot in my new Acadia. I'm very happy with my whole buying experience at Fast Track Motors. I will definitely refer friends and family to Ramón for their next vehicle purchase.
