I saw a car online and contacted them to make a deal. I told them what i was willing to pay and what my offer was and that if they would not accept that then we wont waste both our times. THey were extremely respectufl and responsive in getting my financial application and then they became rude wouldnt talk any numbers. THey told me i was approved (refused to tell me for how much or what they used as a financial amount) and then told me i had to come in to talk numbers on my trade and the new car. I informed them for the 3rd time that I am coming from a long distance and need to have a deal worked out ahead of time and they continued to refuse to talk numbers. They refused to put me in contact with the financial manager. At this point they became very rude and I hung up and walked away.
