DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called days in advance and they told me the car was in perfect condition and when I got there the car had a check engine light on because of an engine misfire and a tail light out do they even inspect their cars when they come in (apparently not) … they wanted me to sign a deal on and wait hours for them to fix it and wouldn’t even come down a little on the price … smh

Sales lady was nice, we could have bought the car for

Sales lady was nice, we could have bought the car for cheaper, could only see the car at night . Test drive only around the corner which limits the cars potential we brought the car home and noticed the side was all dented and scratched up. Was never told that the car was in an accident...SCAMMERS WHEN IT COMES TO.WOMEN!...

This dealership truly embodies the scammy car salesman

This dealership truly embodies the scammy car salesman stereotype. I understand that you buy a used car as is for the most part, but I bought a maxima from them that was not safe to drive once I left the dealership. Then they took forever to send my title. Had to tell them I was coming back to the dealership with the car. Surprise surprise I got the title the next day. I should’ve known it was trouble from the way the salesman was hounding me about the money that I already had secured. But, it was the tail-end of COVID & cars were scarce. Do not buy from them. Take your money elsewhere. Customer service was terrible.

Here's a draft for your dealership review review Title: A Cautionary Tale of Negligence and Misrepresentation I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Suburban Premier from this dealership, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite my better judgment, I trusted the dealership’s assurances, only to be met with a slew of safety and mechanical issues post-purchase. Upon leaving the lot, I was assured that the vehicle was safe for my family. However, the reality quickly unveiled itself—the check engine light activated after just 75 miles due to a faulty, aftermarket catalytic converter. When I approached the dealership, they assured me that the warranty would cover it, only for me to discover that it covered virtually nothing. A week later, I experienced a terrifying incident where my brakes were nonfunctional, prompting me to conduct a full safety inspection. This inspection revealed that crucial safety features such as blind-spot monitoring, park assist, and lane change alerts had been disabled or removed. Again, none of these critical issues were covered by the warranty, despite prior assurances. Further betrayals included a non-functional navigation system and tires that were so worn they needed immediate replacement. Even when they agreed to cover half the cost of the brake repairs, it felt like a token gesture compared to the mounting issues. Just seven months after my purchase, the transmission failed, adding to an already long list of grievances. This dealership exploited my trust and put my family's safety at risk. I write this review not out of spite, but out of a sincere effort to prevent others from enduring the dangers and deception we faced. Please, consider this a warning—your safety and satisfaction are not guaranteed with a purchase from this dealership. I am committed to sharing my story widely, ensuring that no other family experiences this level of reckless disregard.

Found the beetle I always wanted here and am so grateful for the help, they made it so easy. I live pretty far away and they made me confident in my purchase by letting us get a mechanic to come and check it out first! Thank you again!!

Worst experience ever!

The WORST experience ever! They sold me a defective car which motor broke 3 months after. They did absolutely nothing to help us resolved the matter. The manager it’s absolutely useless along with their entire team. No kindness or even a “sorry”. Very dissatisfied and disappointed about this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

I purchased a 2011 GMC suburban and the vehicle is amazing thank you Omar for getting me into my vehicle he help me all through the process even with insurance. East coast auto group!!! Omar is the man to speak to hands down.
