Poor Communication

I contacted them about a used car. I tried emailing them multiple times. I actually received numerous emails from them, but they were all automated emails and never actually received any communication in return to my actual emails.

Wow! I?m approved!

BIG THANKS to Alex and Reggie at ECAG for getting me approved. Was not expecting to leave with a car today next thing I know Capital One approved me! Very happy with my new 2012 TSX ! Would come back again!

Worst dealer ever

Worst deal I've ever made. First of all they didn't honor the price they had online. They promised to work with my budget but that was a hassle because they couldn't match what I could afford. To top it all the ac stopped working the same day I took the car, I took it back and they supposedly fixed it. Three weeks later and the ac stopped again, but now they don't answer my calls. Great way to handle business.

Poor Experience Overall

I was interested in purchasing a vehile at their location in Linden, Nj. I asked questions about the car since it was a used vehicle and they told me everyting was fine with no issues. The night before arriving to purchase the vehile they informed me that the engine light came on and would be takeN to the audi dealership to be fixed. Not to mention I've put a $500 down payment on the car for them to hold. After about two weeks they had no update on the vehile staus and tried to sell me a similar vehilce with double the miles. Also, the vehicle that they posted online that I put the down payment on was not the same vehicle in person. I would not reccomend this place to ANYONE. After speaking to the salesman Alex, who was suppose to return my calls and never informed me on the car, and the manager, NO ONE HAD ANY ANSWERS.

Bad Experience

The Car I was looking at was at their location in Jersey City. The car had a flat, had to be jump started and the dash had warning symbols all lit up. I think they should at least be prepared to show a car.

Promise Made is a Promise Kept" I'd been listening to the commercials about anyone financed as with all other dealers who don't keep their word. I can say with gladness that EAST COAST AUTO GROUP is the place to go for an incredible deal on a car. My wife and I needed a car and our credit wasn't the greatest. We met with a gentlemen by the name of Darren Katz AKA. "the DARRENATOR" It was by far a pleasurable experience which led us to get far more than we bargained for in a car. Mr. Katz pulled no strings and we were shown everything in the process. We were given a host of options. It was if he wasn't trying to sell us a car but the experience of buying a car with all the ins and outs. So if you want a good deal as well as an education go to EAST COAST AUTO in Linden, NJ and ask for Mr. Darren Katz aka. "the DARRENATOR" you will not be disappointed. We are truly happy with our 2009 FORD that has every option imaginable. Thank you Mr. Katz you put the joy back into car buying. P.S. We just didn't buy a car we gained a relationship as well a friend.

Very Responsive

They made sure to contact me, but I couldn't get there before the vehicle was sold. I would recommend them, although that is ONLY based on email and phone conversations with them.

Nice Dealership

I was very pleased with the service I received.I spoke to Ted on the phone before I came and he had a great selection of cars to choose from.I knew I would leave with a vehicle I really liked and I did.Ted is a really good salesman.
