The drop off and pickup was an easy process; however, they were late on their promise of when my car would be done. Overall, I had a positive experience and will use them again in the future for work needed on my car.

Heard ticking, so brought it in.

Heard ticking, so brought it in. Said they couldn’t find anything, but I still hear a tick. Interior drivers side door handle was broken when I got it back. Having to roll down my window and open up from the outside in order to get out. Called Thursday evening, left a message, but didn’t hear anything back. No complaint about the personal service itself. Everyone there is really nice.

The service department communicated the problems clearly

The service department communicated the problems clearly and the repair was completed quickly. Paperwork was ready when I arrived for pick up. The repair was expensive but at least the process was efficient and pleasant.

Did a great job with the repair but the courtesy car wash

Did a great job with the repair but the courtesy car wash was terrible. There was actually dirt all over the bumper. Had to bring it to a car wash.

Both Mark and the dealership management were terrific and

Both Mark and the dealership management were terrific and made the order/purchase process enjoyable. I will be looking forward to doing business with the Maguire team in the future. In the meantime I will be recommending the dealership to anyone I know who is in the market for a new or used vehicle.
