Had guests from Florida that had their windshield washer fluid freeze, staff allowed them to park the car inside overnight, drained and refilled with "Iowa grade" washer fluid. Was much appreciated! Always friendly and helpful.

I felt my new car wasn’t driving right and being a new car owner I was in a panic. Called Total and I was able to get my car in 10min prior to the shop being closed. They kept my car overnight and put me in a nice loaner. I also got an oil change during that overnight stay and when I got my car back it was all vacuumed out and a print out of a full inspection was print for me to clearly read. Luckily for me it was just ice built up around my wheel well. So thankful for all the technicians and the urge from the people at Total wanting to help me!

Total Motors has a great service department with Jason Sneller as Service Manager. Every individual that I have come in contact with in there Service Department is real asset to Total Motors and to the community.
