I had the best experience buying a car at Piazza Mazda of Reading! Kalysta was great! I was not pressured at all during the whole process. She was informative, friendly and very helpful and so was her trainee, Caitlin. I really felt like I was buying a car from my friends. I am so happy with my purchase & the entire car buying experience at Piazza. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!

Very good staff. From making the appointment to servicing the car everything went very well. They sent a video of the car as they were working on it and that is very nice. Also made a follow up call to see that everything was good after the service.

Kelsey & Rob and another young lady whose name I never got were simply amazing. I was visiting from NY, my liner fell & was dragging. These young folks not only had the underliner tied up at no charge but provided me with the part number So my dealer at home could order it. They reacted to my problem with such grace & Understanding. What a simply marvelous experience. Piazza Mazda should be very proud Of these outstanding employees. Thank You….

The salesperson I worked with was very knowledgeable and nice. However this was my fourth lease so the deal was done over the phone with the manager. When I got there the manager never actually spoke to me as he said he would and I had to wait 3 hours even though I was told everything was ready. I felt bad for my salesperson because he was working hard to deal with the only other customers in the dealership as I waited. All other salespeople and the manager just sat there watching me wait for a deal I had sealed over the phone. I was very disappointed. I love my Mazda but have to drive to Lancaster next time.
