Piazza Mazda of Reading

Poor recommendation on service, just looking to take advantage and not provide any additional benefit. Complete waste of money and time. Will not look to come back again.

I purchased my Mazda6 from Piazza Mazda & have had it serviced & inspected at this dealership since then. I value their honesty, efficiency & excellent customer service and plan to be a customer as long as I am a Mazda owner.

Service was fast, accurate and friendly. Getting an appointment was easy.

Very courteous and professional staff Services preformed quickly and properly You can actually see the technician going over your car and explaining potential problems via the video sent to you. I am always able to get a loaner vehicle while my car is in for service which prevents disruptions to my work day. This is a fantastic dealership with friendly staff and a great service center.

Took my car there and they said I needed an alignment and new tires. Took my car to cjs and they said my tires just needed a balance and that my alignment and tires were good. Hate that I almost wasted amidst $1000 on Mazda.

I went for oil change, it took the tech 2 hours to do. It use to take about 1hour, I think it was done just to get more money from the customer. I'm on a fixed income

Provide no explanations or details just large repair bills.wait time is way too long for repairs. Video service is good for inspection purposes thanks.

Had to take car back twice in one week for the same thing because it wasn’t done right the first time. Was a simple thing
