Poor salesmanship
Inquired online Sunday about a vehicle needing more info as I'm an out of state buyer. Salesperson contacted me via text Monday. I needed more info for my bank as I had financing secured. Left him a message Wednesday morning that I was approved and needed them to send purchase order to my bank. Wednesday evening my bank still had not gotten a return call from salesman so they called dealer to have info sent. My loan officer said she was told they were trying to finance someone else and to not wire any money on my behalf. Thursday morning I get text message saying "sorry, we sold that truck last night". I'm pretty sure they are a "finance anyone dealer" and they were trying to make more money off someone else. No loss, I've found a nicer vehicle from another dealer.

Didn't feel right
We emailed about the 08 saab and talked financing and availability. When I got my total loss check I emailed again and everything was fine until I said "I can pay in cash....i am about $500 short of your advertised price. Let me know if we can come to a median and I will drive down ASAP". No response to a cash deal? Weird!

Greasy car dealer with bait and switch tactics
Greasy car dealer with bait and switch tactics. They mark their cars down then add "processing fees" and a "pre delivery fee" adding over 1200-. Horrible communication, don't trust these slimeballs

President's Day @ Trust Auto
Very helpful Dealership: Fast, friendly, direct, knowledgeable, efficient, equipped, prepared, personable, accommodating, consistent, seamless, value. When I called ahead to inquire about President's Day specials and certain vehicles, I was introduced to David in Sales. Upon arrival, everyone was busy with customers; and so, while waiting, I asked the receptionist Casey to show me comparable inventory online and take me to see the vehicle I had discussed on the phone. Shortly thereafter, David took me to drive an alternate vehicle I'd selected from their inventory. He explained its hybrid operation and aptly resolved several potential deal-breaking hurdles. Onsite experience proved consistent with expectations from the phone conversation that brought me there. Got the price I needed. Got the vehicle I needed. But it's not a perfect world and several performance issues manifested within the 30-day warranty period, which were aptly resolved by phone and one service visit. Integrity in a used car dealership? Well worth an hour's drive to find your next vehicle.

Awesome Car Buying Experience
Five star experience at Trust Auto. Prince made my car buying experience a positive one. I have no regrets for chosing Trust Auto to purchase my truck and I will definitely do future business with them. I referred my sister to Prince and she also purchased her new truck from them. they have a wide selection
What I love most about Trust Auto, I love that the allow you to find your vehicle on your own, without a salesman all on your back to buy. The price is already displayed and most of the vehicles are open. On March 5th 2019, I purchased a 2009 S550. Looks absolutely gorgeous! They play hardball with you on negotiations. They lowball you on trade ins. I was there on two different occasions and both times they offer me less than what Carmax offered. (After they said they would match it) They definitely got me for the PDI fee $895. I was told its because they fix all what's wrong with the vehicle ( so I have to pay for that?) I don't believe they changed the oil on my 2009 Mercedes S550. The display said the service was due in a few days. Steven "called" to inquire if the oil change was done. And of course the reply was it was, they just "forgot to reset" now I got to take it to the dealership to assure the Service B was done, at least the oil change. And last, the window stickers for the price and warranty left residue on my window. However I was assured that they would be glad to remove it for me. ( $895 PDI fee, it should have been removed before I drove off)

Car Buying Experience
I couldn't have been more happy and satisfied with the entire process. From start to finish, Alex was quite pleasant to work with. If customer service would had been unbecoming, I would have taken business elsewhere but Alex and management made this the best used car buying experience ever for me. I am very pleased and I highly recommend Trust Auto.

My car buying experience
Purchasing a car from Trust Auto turned out to be the best car buying experience ever. I believe some would agree but for me it was not that I purchased the vehicle at the price within my range. At this stage in life customer service is key and clearly, I received all of the above upon arriving to this dealer. I explained my intent and Alex was totally on point. Alex is very knowledgeable, dedicated, and met my every need. At the distance that I had to travel, Alex balanced his time and made sure again that I was serviced. He took care of my rental car return and simply those little things that always come up that could alter the plan. I also like to say thanks to the young man from Uzbekistan that assisted me on the test drive. Thanks to management, Russ and thanks to Alex at Trust Auto for making this my best used car buying experience ever.

Awesome
I was treated with the utmost respect at Trust Auto. Russ and David slow walked me through the whole process, answered all my questions and i was even able to get in a game of Chess while i waited for my car to be inspected. I know a lot of folks have issues with the fees but, before my car was presented to me, it was discovered through the inspection that my alternator and battery needed to be replaced. They not only replaced them, but they also showed me the bad and replacement alternator and battery.I'm sorry some of you had a bad experience but, my experience was awesome. Thanks again to Russ and David....Keep up the good work.
