Went in with a driver's seat problem, felt like a bolt was loose, seat would rock a bit. Have the extended pre-owned warranty, which is essentially a bumper-to-bumper for pre-owned (i.e., covers most everything). Was told that the problem was the seat frame, which was cracked, and that - SURPRISE - it's $2,000 AND it's the only seat-related component not covered by the warranty. Took the car to another dealer for a second opinion. Turns out the problem is actually a broken seat track, which is not expensive AND is covered by the warranty. So that leads one to think Faulkner's service department is either not very good, or worse, ... ? Neither option is comforting.

I usually do not write reviews but I had such a great experience this time that I felt the need to get the word out! I have purchased/leased 8 cars over the years and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I had purchasing a car. It was a seamless process with full transparency on bottom line cost. Finance team worked with me to get great coverage with a low interest rate. My sales guy Nick Arnott took the time to give me virtual video tours on his inventory and as a result was able to make 1 trip to the dealership to test drive and leave the same day with my new wheels!! I had a great experience purchasing my certified Xfiniti

I had a great experience purchasing my certified Xfiniti QX60 from Faulkner Willow Grove. I worked with Nick Arnott who was amazing! Purchasing the car was a family affair and included two visits with myself, my husband, and our two toddlers. Not an ideal situation, but Nick was incredibly patient and I didn’t feel pressured to buy at all. Blaze from the finance team worked with me to make sure I was comfortable with my monthly payment and extended warranty. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable. I would 100% recommend Faulkner Infiniti and definitely try to work with Nick if you can!

I recently bought a Certified Pre-owned QX50 from Faulkner of Infiniti Willow Grove and had a great experience. Nick handled my sale and was very informative and not pushy. He was patient with me while I compared vehicles at other dealership and never hounded me. I would recommend them to others.

BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! At time that I purchased my new QX50, I paid the extra $3,500 for the run flat tire and wheel warranty. Unfortunately, the Faulkner Willow Grove dealership service department was closed on the Saturday afternoon, when I got my first flat. Rather than wait 2 days for the dealer to fix a run flat tire, I went elsewhere (Tires Plus) and paid for the repair out of pocket. Even after reviewing the Manual and YouTube videos, neither Tires Plus nor I was able to figure out how to reset the dashboard tire alert. When I stopped into Faulkner Willow Grove to get assistance resetting the alert, I was told that there would be an additional charge since the tire was fixed elsewhere. It didn’t matter that I had a warranty and they were not available to fix the tire. There were at least 5 service people involved in the discussion. It would have been faster and less costly to simply reset the alert. I will never use this dealership again and warn others considering an Infiniti purchase.
