I did a lot of research online for a particular INFINITI

I did a lot of research online for a particular INFINITI certified vehicle and contacted Faulkner in Willow Grove. I worked with Nick Arnott and found him to be pleasant, patient and helpful in answering my questions. I was traveling from NJ and he was very flexible with his time. Overall, I found the people at this dealership to be friendly and professional with a no hard sell approach.

It was a pleasure working with Nick. I searched a lot of pre-owned Q50s online before contacting Faulkner and another dealership. I got connected to Nick and he delivered on everything he said he would do before I came to the dealership. Different story at the other place. Very smooth negotiation and transaction with Nick at Faulkner.

Nicholas Arnott, was a great sales person to work with. He was very prompt with responses and treated me very well. He even kept me informed on the deal on his days off which I really appreciated. The whole dealer ship was professional and personable! Nicholas and the whole team made the experience very enjoyable! I will recommend them to anyone I know buying a car or truck! Thanks again!

Nick Arnott and his team were a pleasure to work with. It was the easiest vehicle leasing experience of my life. They acted quickly, answered all questions and were in constant communication. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in an Infiniti.

My experience with Infiniti of WG (Faulkner) was

My experience with Infiniti of WG (Faulkner) was disappointing. Long wait time from drop-off to pick-up. (3 days). communication was fair, at best. No loaner vehicle for me as my perfect vehicle is considered too old. I've spent over $3000, for services performed by Infiniti of WG over my past 3 visits. Am I not as valuable as someone with a 5 yr. old vehicle? Unfortunately, I have not been treated well by Infiniti of WG (Faulkner) and will use another service provider in the future. Oh, yes, my vehicle was in for a 7:30 AM appointment. It didn't reach the shop till after 4PM +/-. Yet, no loaner! 3 days, seriously??? Thus, the 3 day wait. Never again! I was advised the differential fluids needed to be changed as my vehicle had 70,000 mi. Fluid changes recommended at 60,000 mi. I reviewed previous invoices from Faulkner and found that the fluids were changed in 2022 by Infiniti of WG (Faulkner). Shame on me for trusting them. Another $300+ spent in error. Funny thing, wouldn't you assume I was in the market or could be in the market for a new or newer vehicle? What better way to acquaint me with a new Infiniti than by loaning me a service loaner/vehicle during the 3-day event! By the way, I spent $1500+ at this service visit. Well, good luck if you are taking a chance with Faulkner Infiniti service. As a foot note, the vehicle is outstanding and runs better than the newer Infiniti Q series. Sorry Faulkner Infiniti of Willow Grove. Whoops, there goes another customer! 😒

No happy with a service provided.

I bought 3 cars from this dealership over a years and always came back for service. But not sure if I'll be back for service again. Here is my story. Came for inspection. Was asked if I want anything else. I said "You know, since you already going to work on my car, do oil change and tire rotation". Ok? Ok. 1, 5 hours later service representative tells me, "we can't pass your inspection, since your light reflector on bumper is broken, and you need to go to body shop". Ok. I asked "Other then that is everything ok? " His reply- "we didn't check anything else in terms of safety inspection. But we changed oil and did a rotation " What? So first thing you noticed that car has broken reflector and you knew it will not pass safety inspection, but still kept me for over and 1.5 hours to change oil and do rotation? Just to make money? Now I have to go back for another 1,5 hours for inspection? I could go to Nissan couple miles away and pay less for the same level of service. I choose Infiniti expecting something better. But it didn't happen this time

I purchased a used G37 with very low mileage. Even in this rough car market they were willing to negotiate. Thee salesman Nick Arnott was attentive to my needs. Joe Messina the finance manager made this the quickest transaction to buy a car I have ever had.
