The whole experience with Neil Huffman GMC was easy and quick. This was the easiest time I have had in buying a new vehicle. The salesman on up made sure we was taken care of and explained everything on the vehicle and went over all the options on the vehicle and made sure everything was setup. Also they told me what all GMC offered and what the dealership offers. I have been driving from Lexington to this dealership for several years for service on my old vehicle and know they have all ways taken care of my old truck, so when I was thanking about buying a new one there was only choice where to purchase it at and that was Neil Huffman GMC.

I was out of town at a horse show and my batteries died on my Silverado 3500 on Saturday morning. The people in the service department worked me in to their busy schedule and replaced the batteries within a couple of hours. This allowed me to get back to the show and to be ready to travel home the next day. I have been to places where same day walk-in help is not available and that is especially true if the dealership does not see any down the road benefit.
