AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Because of the high demand for new cars, most of the communication was over email and phone and the Neil Huffman team in Frankfort were amazing!! Then once we picked up the car, meeting in person at the dealership was even better. SUPER FRIENDLY and made us feel amazingly comfortable in the whole process. Highly recommend this dealership. We will be buying all out Nissans from them.

Do not shop here!!!! The worst customer service ever. I’ve had multiple issues since purchasing a vehicle in November, but let me start with the latest. June 15th I went in for an oil change. They did not put the dipstick back in my car. My car was leaking oil and ended up dying on the highway. It was towed to local dealership who informed me of this. When I called Neil Huffman I was placed on hold. They told me a manage would call me back. 3 days later NO CALL. The audacity. This has cost me so much money and they truly don’t care. There are so many better choices for dealerships that actually care about their customers. So tragic and unfortunate.

Worth the trip (from NC)!
Found the exact used car I wanted but we’re from NC! Worked out our deal online and by phone. Flew in on tues night and Krzysztof Kowalski met us the next morning. Nice staff and we had a fun drive home!

I had a very good experience. We went in and was graciously greeted and was not pressured. John Blunt was our sales person and was very informative and genuine. He didn't pressure us at all. I went to the dealership with my wife for vehicle service and the Service Manager, Michelle Hall was very professional and really provided the best service. The vehicle that i purchased was not told to me that it has an oil leak around the oil pan the cruze control is not working tire sensors are bad and few other things. I wouldn't recommend buying a car from them. I am very disappointed with this purchase. They never even ordered to fix the problems

I was very disappointed that I had to pay for tire rotation. When I purchased those tires from you, I was told I had free lifetime rotation. In addition, When I purchased new tires from you earlier for my 2014 Enclave, I was told I would also get free rotation for life of the car. I was charged for both at my last service.
