This was a horrible experience! Made an appointment to look at a car. I told the woman to let me know if car sells before my appointment so I don't waste my time. When I get there the women isn't there. We wait for 15 minutes to see the car. The gentleman tells us they had to wash the car and jump it. After getting in the car we realize it is not the car we had an appointment to see. I show him the paperwork on the car and his says that car is in hold at another place for someone else.

Completely satisfied in all areas! Our salesman, Jerry was extremely friendly and made sure we got the best vehicle for the best affordable price! So very friendly and knowledgeable! Found a vehicle I was interested in on Autotrader. Called the phone number listed and was routed to an operator who seemed to have little understanding of the lots and inventory in question. I was sent to the wrong dealership and then redirected to where the vehicle is located. Upon arrival I found the car stickered for much more tha advertised on Autotrader or the dealers website. The sales representative then explained that the price was lowered to "clear the lot" when the car was pulled up for inspection I found it was held together with zip ties, rust, and cheap spray paint. Once test driving the car I found that the interior reeked of diesel fuel in bodily fluids, the "ice cold" air conditioning was broken, and the inoperable sun roof leaked and apparently had been leaking for some time. I offered a reasonable price based on the KBB value of the car given the condition. I received a call the next day saying my initial offer was declined. I stopped back a few days later to make another offer and spoke to another salesman. Upon arrival I noticed the vehicle in question on the mechanic's lift. I enquired about it and the dealer admitted that the radiator had been zip tied in. When further discussing the state of the cars mechanical failings the dealer stated that it was a bad trade and they couldn't loose money on the car. The dishonest workings of this interaction have given me a bad taste for the chain. This dealership is actively trying to rob someone on this vehicle. I will never go to VIP again and warn anyone thinking of going there as well.

This is the best place for people with low to bad credit. Don't walk, RUN away from dealers and go to these guys! These professionals will work day in and day out often using their own free time to work deals. You will not walk away disappointed or unhappy.

My experience from the start was honest & pleasurable from the moment I walked through their doors. My husband works long, swing-shift hours so it was difficult to go shopping for a car. VIP allowed us to take the SUV for the night which helped us make an educated, not spontaneous decision. Knowledgeable, professional, and satisfied are the words I would use to describe our experience.
