James Mauro (Jim) was the first Sales Associate/Manager that I met who was willing to help me even though he was the Manager of VIP he took his time to test drive cars with me and help me get into my first car loan.. It was a stressful time for me but he made the car experience unstressful and was able to get me into a Acura MDX..
