I bought a car from VIP auto 5 months ago and their customer service have been great. Any time I have any concerns or questions I get answers and results right away. Jerry especially has made this experience exceptional for me.

I went there with my boyfriend because he had purchased a car from there I loved there service the way they treated me was nothing short of amazing they met all my needs and they were willing to do whatever to get me in a new car o love those guys I d recommend anyone looking to purchase a new out used car VIP

I purchased two cars from VIP. The first one was a 2003 Toyota celiac . None of the " promised" items were made good on. They sold me a car with no tire jack. It never came in... the rear hatch wouldn't stay up those parts never came in either. I let it go, and bought the parts myself. I bought a 2007 corrvette about 2 years later, and was talked into a $35,00 utterly useless vehicle warranty. It was for 2 years, or 24,000 miles. I was 4 months into the warranty, and about 2,300 miles, and my drivers side airbag light stayed on. I tried several times to contact service but no luck. They don't do service at the dealership it's two hours away in Southampton . The man there barely spoke English, and had no idea what I was talking about. He suggested taking it to a Chevy dealer. SO WHAT GOOD IS MY $ 3,500 dollar warrenty NOTHING!!!!! If you're stupid enough to buy a car from them do not I repeat do not buy the worthless warrenty. I was able to get back $ 2,720.55 that got paid to my lender. VIP IS AWFUL..... Stay away, THE CAR WAS NEVER SERVICED DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY LIE ABOUT THE SERVICE CONTRACT AND THE WORK IS NEVER EVER SCHEDULED OR COMPLETED. GOOD LUCK GETTING SOMEONE ON THE PHONE I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR TI NOVICK TO GET THE AIRBAG WARNING LIGHT FIXED OUT OF MY OWN POCKET

VIP auto outlets really set the tone for how you should treat a costumer. I came in with low expectations and theses guys pulled off a miracle. Thanks to the devoted sales men and the large amount of eventory they have I left with the car of my dreams ....

This dealership was excellent. I needed a vehicle and walked in and the staff and salesman were excellent. They walked me through different vehicles that could fit into my budget and I found a Ford F150 that I truly liked. The salesman was able to walk me through the sales and finance process and explained every step. I am truly happy and satisfied with the vehicle .

Vip was able to help my wife and I get the exact vehicles we wanted! Jerry and staff put in some work to find my wife the exact vehicle she wanted! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Jerry was great to deal with from start to finish he made it a very easy process. Came in with with an odd insurance situation, and it was handled with ease. Definitely a pleasant experience. Although i went in to look at one specific truck they had a nice selection of other vehicles. Great financing as well.
