Nicholas Graus, Internet Coordinator, was most effecient and responsive to my needs. Anthony Mergliano has to be the most laid-back caring salesman I have ever had to deal with. He let me take the car I ended up purchasing for a 3-day trial, even though it was not 'Certified' so I could have my mechanic go over the car. I've purchased many, many cars in my years and this had to be the easiest and most enjoyable I've ever experienced. I would reccomend anyone looking for a good used car to visit VIP. Even if you don't purchase there, just for the experience of dealing with the sales staff. I spoke briefly with the service manager, Ernest Robinson and if the service department is as great as the sales, then I'm sure I've died and gone to heaven.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Basically spent the entire day helping us find the perfect vehicle. Followed through with all of his promises and then some. I would recommend Anthony everyday and we will be back!

I'm 55 been to many new used and new car dealers over the years, but never had one so friendly and helpfull. The acted like humans not hard sell machines. Then went out of their way from the moment I walked in the door till I got my tags from them. NEVER HAVE I EXPEARANCED a frendlyer car sales team. 5 stars keep it up.

We saw a Jeep on cars.com. And went to see it. It was at their other location. They brought it up, let me take it to my mechanic, kept it for 2 days. No pressure. Our mechanic said it was in great shape. Anthony kept in touch, they fixed the minor issues with the Jeep and we bought it. I highly recommend VIP and Anthony!
