Tom R. was courteous, efficient, friendly and respectful! He gave me an appraisal of what they could offer for my van and the dealership concluded the deal in 6 days. He didn't pull any 'fast ones' on us and was actually fun to talk with. He made my sale a pleasure. I would definitely consider VIP Auto Outlet again. I've NEVER had a more pleasant encounter with a dealer... no pressure! The check he gave me cleared at the bank the SAME DAY!

I just purchased a vehicle from Kevin. I have to say on a torrential rain storm the Friday before July 4th, Kevin stayed until thr car purchase was completed! I was extremely impressed with Kevin’s ability to treat each customer as a “valued” customer!
