went to this car dealer to buy a car they had lots of good cars and the people were very very nice and helpful there prices were great the saleman Raymond was v nice in explaning the cars and how its work.s if you looking for a car I would recommend this place igive this dealer a 5 star

I was looking for a new car and my aunt suggested VIP auto. i went and was 100% satisfied. Ed from VIP helped alot and i have no complaints.

I bought my car from this dealership and purchased the GAP policy, however they neglected to purchase that policy I guess hoping I wouldn’t find out. When I totaled my car after going through the loan company and claims dept they had a very hard time contacting this dealership and actually getting someone on the phone regarding the issue. I had tried to call several times myself and was unable to reach anyone. I have missed several hours of work because I had to go to the dealership to speak with someone, they still won’t admit it was their fault and they refuse to cover the full amount. After 7 months of aggravation, stress, and my credit they finally paid part of what was owed out of their own pocket because by the time they had tried to purchase the policy it was 4 months to late. I than spoke to the owner who didn’t seem to care and tried to explain that they had purchased the GAP policy when they didn’t and didn’t care that this was their mistake this is the second care I have purchased from this dealer and refer everyone to them, however I would not reccomend this place to anyone after seeing how little they care about reoccurring customers.

We just bought our 2nd car this year from VIP. Mark and Kevin and the rest of the staff went way over and above to get us the vehicles we needed. I always was concerned about buying a used car, but after our experience, I know we made the right choice trusting VIP. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a used car in great condition at a great price.

Came in looking for a truck, they had a selection of Chevys, GMCs, and couple Dodge Rams and Tundras. Also a lot cars but I was interested in a truck. Staff was friendly and didn't swarm you when looking at the vehicles.
