Not the great place they advertise. Bait/Switch!!
I was told by a salesman that the car I was interested in would be ready the next day: after I waited all day to hear from him. I told him I would see him the next day. I drive over an hour to get there and was told the vehicle wouldnt be ready for a week, even though I had already found it on the lot and it had been "made ready". They flat refused to sell the truck to me...prejudiced maybe?

Screw you over after the fact!
I was so happy to get my car here because it was the only place I could find with the car I wanted. The staff was very nice. Car was very clean. However, now come the problems with this place and why I will NEVER go back or even recommend them. They didn't give us the option of rolling the taxes into the loan, they just dod all the paperwork without giving is any option. They also didn't give us an option on a warranty, they just put their warranty in. We could have paid half and got a better warranty with our bank who we have the loan through. They also did not even have the title, they had to send for it and then have us come sign it about a month after purchasing. They give you a 60 day temp tag, (there's no such thing in missouri) which buys them time to receive the title, then after that you have time to get your own title. This screws you though because in Missouri, you actually only have 30 days from date of purchase to title and register your car. So we waited the 60 days, like we thought we could do, because that's what they told us. We got fined $25 for going over the 30 days. This place either is doing this on purpose, or they have no idea what they are doing. Needless to say, I will not be going back, EVER!!! Be warned..........Unless you know everything about all of the ins and outs of car financing, warranties, registration, etc. you will be screwed over by this place.

Car broke in less than a month no help provided
I bought a car from this dealership ask all the questions about the warranty so I knew what it covered. My car broke after 26 days. The dealership was no help with my warranty, no help with a rental car and no help from being stranded there after getting a ride from the tow truck. I do not recommend this dealership.

Disappointed to say the least.
Had the vehicle a month and a half already have a 2000 dollar repair. Not covered. Pretty major part to be replaced already. Definitely was not aware or a way to check for the problem. Mechanic had it for 2 to 3 days to find the problem.

Check Engine Light
Purchased a 2018 Ford Edge 9/9/22 upon completion of the paperwork I was told that I would need to set up an appointment at one of the local shops for an Emission and Safety test (mind you I live about a hr away) Within 24hrs the check engine light came on. Took vehicle back the following day & was told it's probably the gas cap. On 9/12 the vehicle started over heating, decelerating while driving on the highway & eventually shut off. The following day the salesman came to pick up the vehicle and give me a loaner car. Picked my vehicle up on 9/19 was told all the appropriate repairs were made. Less than 24 hrs check engine light was back on. 9/27 I returned the vehicle once again given a loaner car. 9/29 I was told my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I am not for sure how they managed to get the check engine light off and have this vehicle pass both the safety and emission test within a 48hr period of being in the shop. 10/1 picked my vehicle up given paperwork showing an emission and safety was done on 9/29. Told the problem is fixed and now the check engine light is back off. 24 hrs later the check engine light is back on. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact the GM but have received no response. Now I understand why this place has a F rating with the BBB.

Incompetent
They lose paperwork often. Very un organized and in professional. I have a car I haven’t been able to get legal for months because they didn’t give inspection paper work. DO NOT BUY HERE

I had a great experience with John Piel and James. John was so helpful to me. John didn't pressure me into buying anything he told me to go home and thing about it over night. So I did and I bought me a car the next day. Thank you John

Are they Really trying to sell Cars? I Wonder!
Was trying to by a Chevy Suburban from them, but it was in the Shop... I checked back and found my Salesman was off sick. No problem and certainly not his fault. I called back a 3rd time and talked to another sales and he said he would be glad to help me. Ethics really come in to play here and since my Parents worked in Real Estate for many decades I further inquired and when I asked about who gets the commission he stated: "That is just the way it works, if he isn't here he can't sell it"... I immediately new that I was not going to deal with this salesman and I wish I had his name, but I failed to get it.... I told him: " I can wait a bit. "... Since then I talked to 2 other sales man and 1 sales woman and both of them confirmed when I mentioned commission split that my salesman would get all of it. After all of that and repeated call backs (lost Count), All I wanted to do is look at it. I was advised of what all the vehicle needed and it sounded great. 2 weeks later, still in the shop with parts on order. Being experienced in getting parts moved (part of my job where I work) and asked to get a part number... The Whole time my Sales person was off sick, No fault of his own. I started again looking around else where after wasting so much time on them that I have found a 2 year newer of the same vehicle that is 2 years new, better equipped by far and just a few more miles on it so I purchased it instead... Being in a Rental Vehicle waiting on these people... Insurance Rental Coverage Expired... These people really wasted my time, they should never post a vehicle for sale that is not ready to be sold. I do not have time to give them to get this fixed and I found a better car to boot.

They do not honor their Guaranteed Trade In Value
Kinsey Reiner was the best! But they do not honor the trade in value that their "Value my Car" tool gives you. I went there counting on this being honored and was offered thousands less than the trade in amount that was supposed to be Guaranteed. If they are going to have this tool on their website the amount should be honored unless the vehicle was in worse shape than reported.
