Everything went super smooth and very fast. John Piel was a great salesman and went above and beyond to get us extra key and to have a couple cup holder replaced and a few other things. Very happy customers. We were there maybe 3 hours with test drives and doing paperwork on a very busy day for them.

Shopping For A Car
All their cars were overpriced it took them two weeks to get back to me to let me know they couldn't help me without money down, which when I first talked to them I would not have to do that, and two months later they were still running my credit with other companies after I done told them I was no longer interested!!

Gave one star to them but they don't deserve it.
I don't think that because you have bad credit you should be lie to. The other one review that is on here said they really worked hard to get a loan and the credit score was in the 400s. Well mine was in the 400s and even with a cosign they DID NOT get me a loan. So they use false advertising to say guaranteed credit for everyone is LIE.

I sir, after reviewing your visit we feel that we did everything we could to get you a loan, and we appreciate you using us. A lot of other factors went into the situation such as the car you chose and the money down. We were able to get you financed, even with credit trouble - but in this circumstance there were a few other factors that needed to be fulfilled. We will always guarantee auto loans, but the customer must work with us to achieve this. We are sorry about your feelings, and we thank you for your visit.

They were extremely diligent in obtaining a loan for me although my credit score is on the 400's. Eddie ward delightful to work with! I will come back for my vehicles, always! They have earned a lifelong customer.
