2004 Lexus LX470

I contacted the dealership by phone wanting to ask a few questions about this vehicle. The person I talked to was not interested in answering my questions and he got agitated and hanged up on me. When I called back and asked to talk or leave a message for the owner, Mike, he told me that he was the owner's son and he again hanged up on me. His rude attitude and unwillingness to work with a customer led me to rate this company as 1 star. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

2008 GTI

Easy process with good prices and a good selection. The website has all the info needed to research cars and see the history. No pressure sale and good to work with will have to see how the cars holds up

Pleased overall.

I had a post it I’ve experience with this dealership. Found the car I liked online, did the test drive, went to lunch to think about it and came back and bought the car. It’s a 2011 VW Tiguan. So far it’s done me well. There was no pressure to buy and the car was priced reasonably and they negotiated a fair price.

Jetta Buyer

I bought my Volkswagen Jetta here and they were great with everything. They let me take it and have it checked and everything was good with the vehicle minus a couple minor flaws that they helped me with. They gave me a good deal and would recommend them to anyone.

Emily smith

A lot sketchy. Many many hidden charges. A car that was 7,995 ended up being 9,500 with all the hidden charges. Shady at best. The car was great but too much money when all was said and done. Returned the car. Would not go back again. 500 doc fees? 500 for the bank to finance me at 12.9 percent interest? I understand tax and license but not doc fees and bank fees. Shady shady shady....... do business at your own risk.

I apologize for your experience. Unfortunately we have no control over what the bank wants to charge. An I also apologize for being up front about the doc fees that all dealerships charge. If you do your repurchase, I'm sure you will find that is a fairly low doc fee. and the rest of the charges added are Tax, title, And License of which there is no way around anywhere you buy a vehicle. Hope you found the vehicle you were looking for at the right price.

Terrible Experience

It's evident that people are not trusting of this car lot - we had a very terrible experience here. Rude customer service, no honesty here.

Horrible Experience TRASH CAR lot

After reading many of the recent reviews on here I must say that I agree as well. My experience with Digital auto is the same. Their cars are "hot" item cars and look good on pictures. I would recommend an independent dealer inspection that will most likely find major damage. This is truly a used car lot that fits the reputation of a horrible used car lot.

We apologize for your experience. Fortunately with our number of satisfied buying and repeat customers being around 70 a month we will come across a few unsatisfied non-buying customers.

I Agree with Charles

Very poor customer service...... Notice pictures are not of entire car......most have body damage. Made reasonable offer for the one decent car I founded they declined which no counter offer made.....apparently internet price is their best price. Also they add I believe i was told an additional $600 processing fee. Follow up calls not returned. Cars in such poor state I advise shopping elsewhere unless you can repair yourself.

Horrible place

All true reviews are bad for this place they just create another account and make a positive review this place is Trash. This place is the worst experience I've ever seen.

I truly apologize for your experience. Not quite sure how you came to this conclusion of fake profiles and accounts... But I don't really have time for such nonsense while taking car of our satisfied new and repeat customers who actually buy.

Great experience!

Very low pressure atmosphere. Welcoming environment. I felt like I knew what was going on during the entire process. Also excellent price comparatively. Definitely would recommend!
