Currently selling a truck with 255k miles but listing it as having 55k miles. Shameful business practices

Hey Jason, this could be a number of things. Most likely the odometer rolled over because it doesn't have 6 digits, very common in older vehicles. Fortunately a simple conversation with one of us would straighten out the confusion. Further, throughout the sales process there are several practices in place, as required by law, to protect a customer from misleading odometer discrepancies. Please don't hesitate to call us if you have any concerns about our inventory, we're here 6 days a week.

Purchased a 1988 Oldsmobile Toronado that was on consignment. There were lots of pictures to view and I asked the sales person to take a video and point out any defects not listed or seen in photos. The only thing pointed out was an area of touch up paint. I didn't have an independent inspection and I should have. ALWAYS have car inspected if buying online and you cant be there. The car arrived without the documentation history promised, damage to front passenger fender and a warning light light showing that the A/C had an issue. These defects should've been noted. I paid double what these cars go for to have the best of the best as described. The sales person and manager didn't respond to my concerns from emails and calls. They WILL NOT ADDRESS CONCERNS after sale. The car remained listed for nearly 60 days and the title was not received until one week before 60 day tags expired. Again, the sales person and manager wouldn't respond to questions. I did finally get ahold of the title lady and she was very friendly and helpful. That was the bad. I definitely recommend a pre-purchase inspection, ask about title and timing. PA LAW requires the listing to show that it is a consignment (not done) and that they have the title or lien documents on hand. The good, the purchase was easy and the car delivered quickly. The car is VERY nice and high quality despite the $2K in post purchase repairs. I love the car and am happy I purchased it, but think I should have paint $2K to $3K less based on repairs needed. And that would still be high for the model. So, the car is great. They were selling a quality vehicle. Had I done an inspection and been able to factor in the cost of repairs/damage, and had they been courteous enough to address my concerns and return emails/text and call post sale, I would've left a recommend review.

Thank you for the review and update Anthony. We are happy to hear that you are happy with your purchase and that the vehicle is high quality. We did price the vehicle as such based on the market value of the vehicle. We are however disappointed that you did not get responded to after taking possession of the vehicle about your concerns. This is not our policy, and our management team is not hard to reach. We will discuss with the sales staff that assisted you with your purchase. We do not discourage anyone from doing a third party inspection when necessary and we do provide any service records upon request. This vehicle is in fantastic shape for 36 years old and for only $12,991, so we do understand why hiring a third party inspector did not seem necessary. All vehicles listed for sale on consignment are identified with the proper paperwork physically in the window of the vehicle on the lot, as is required by PA state law. We do thank you for the concern on that matter. We hope you enjoy your new classic vehicle for many years to come!
Highly Recommend
Incredible buying and selling experience. I highly recommend buying or selling your vehicle here. World class experience. Every dealership should treat people they way you are treated here.

NFI empire is absolutely HORRIBLE. Sold them a Bronco in May, well it’s July and I just received my check of $24,000 that bounced. I’ve been going back and forth the the owner justin fried for two months and now I’m going to the police.

The Best!
Chaz took control of my desire for my 66 Chevelle. Lead me through the process after we agreed on the sale price. Mine was a cash sale which made it lots simpler. Great salesperson. I bought this car unseen or any info on the car. Although the car was exactly what I wanted, I was concerned about what might have been. The only way I would do that again is with Chaz and NFI

Fun and easy to work with. Facility is awesome too
This dealership is unlike any I've ever visited. Their inventory is incredible, ranging from classics and hotrods to high-end luxury cars and lifted trucks. The facility is awesome with everything from a photo-staging area to a full-service garage and body shop. The guys were easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles there.
