Chaz took control of my desire for my 66 Chevelle. Lead me through the process after we agreed on the sale price. Mine was a cash sale which made it lots simpler. Great salesperson. I bought this car unseen or any info on the car. Although the car was exactly what I wanted, I was concerned about what might have been. The only way I would do that again is with Chaz and NFI

Dealing with NFI was an excellent experience. The sales person Elliot was professional, courteous and in general great to deal with. Gabe in the customization shop was detailed, thorough and customer oriented.

This dealership is unlike any I've ever visited. Their inventory is incredible, ranging from classics and hotrods to high-end luxury cars and lifted trucks. The facility is awesome with everything from a photo-staging area to a full-service garage and body shop. The guys were easy to work with and incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles there.

I recently bought a ram 2500 from NFI. I dealt with Elliot, he went above and beyond to help me with every detail. We had some issues communicating with the bank for the loan but Elliot was able to get everything figured out. All the other people there were extremely helpful and very professional!

Not the normal dealership, these guys were great. Got exactly what I wanted and they were by far the best group I have ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. 10/10 guys, keep up the good work.

Was even able to get in contact with previous owner to discuss details on my new car. Very cool. Thanks to the finance team for tuning in details and for also for giving our baby a little new car of her own also!! (A Hotwheels toy). Will definitely buy again if the car is right! Literally, my experience has been a nightmare. I thought I was buying my dream 1993 Mustang that was supposed to come in Haggerty's Classic Car condition of excellent and what was delivered was not even close to good condition. Not to mention, suspension work that was agreed upon before delivery was not even done. Dealership told me that this car slipped through the cracks. The fact is still to this day I can not even get these guys to send me the correct title. I still can't get the car titled because these guys refused to send it. I'm thousands of dollars in the hole and the vehicle is falling apart. This dealership lied to me about the condition, didn't do the work we agreed upon and I still can't get them to send me the right title. I'm so upset. My dream car is a nightmare. Thanks NFI, may you all get the karma you deserve.

Salesman was very professional about the sale and questions being answered in a timely fashion! Staff was all very friendly, making the entire buying process very easy and manageable from a distance away!

I had NFI install gears in my Jeep. They installed 5.13 gears on a stock carrier. This caused the front diff to tear teeth off the ring gear. After speaking with a reputable company, I learned you can not install these gears on a stock carrier as the mesh pattern will never be right. Due to NFI lack of knowledge they said we ordered the correct part for your jeep. They also returned my jeep with no front diff cover. The rear diff also ended up being install improperly. I am now having a reputable company that stands behind their work correct their mistakes, both front and rear axles.
