Great VIP Service from Dennis
I was looking for a supercar and found a 2009 lamborghini gallardo lp560-4 from NFI empire At 1st I was hesitant to call because they are a jeep specialist not supercar. But I took the chance anyways. But let me tell you, my sales representative Dennis walked me from start to finish like I was a VVIP CUSTOMER. The service I got from them was out of this world. I did not even step 1 foot into the dealership they did the whole process virtually. My loan got approved from a credit union with amazing rates. Dennis and NFI by far are very amazing I would highly recommend them if you are in a need for a vehicle ask for Dennis. He will treat you like family

Stay away
Went to look at a jeep there and was told it was never in an accident. Test drive it and loved it. I then took it to a mechanic and he told me that the frame had been repaired. No integrity anymore.

Stand behind nothing
I drove 3 hours for an f150 at this place . The truck was being sold on consignment for someone. The sales man the assured me that they do their own 200 point inspection and that the vehicle had nothing wrong with it . I negotiated a decently fair deal for the year and miles the truck had and after inspecting the pictures that were sent drove out for the truck. I was instantly put off by the fact that the truck has some rather bad rust spots that had not been sent in the pictures ( even though I inquired ) still I liked the look of the truck and didn't want to have wasted all that time. My close friend also owns a body shop and I called him he said we could take care of it . I asked for the inspection report and was told the owner had taken it and they didn't have a copy. That should've been my second red flag and I should've left . The back drivers ddoor I discovered also didn't open and after a lot of waiting they told me they called ford and it was an easy fix for 250. On the way home my girlfriend who had driven me informed me that my headlight was out. No big deal bulbs blow Right? Well after replacing the bulb it still didn't work. Ended up being a burned out wiring harness and ran me 100 dollars. Also ended up running 385 for the door not 250. To top it off the fog lights also don't work and just have wires hanging and tied to the light socket . The previous owner clearly was aware of this. Called the dealership and of course after not hearing back called a week and a half later and the salesman informs me that used cars break it happens. I don't know how you can even sell a car without headlights blinkers and fog lights but at the least they were negligent in their inspection and at worst he lied and nothing was inspect ( I am leaning toward the latter ) everyone at the business was very friendly and personable so I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately actions talk louder than words .

We had to sell our truck
We had to sell a truck and saw that NFI has an consignment service ,we talked to the management and they did everything ,they got us what we wanted for the truck , took care of all the advertising, and detailing and sold it in about a week , we did not have to think of a thing they did a great job for the money !
