The Experiment was great for the first time talking to the dealership. Right now I'm in the process of buying a new car

I recently bought a ram 2500 from NFI. I dealt with Elliot, he went above and beyond to help me with every detail. We had some issues communicating with the bank for the loan but Elliot was able to get everything figured out. All the other people there were extremely helpful and very professional!

Not the normal dealership, these guys were great. Got exactly what I wanted and they were by far the best group I have ever dealt with in purchasing a vehicle. 10/10 guys, keep up the good work.

Literally, my experience has been a nightmare. I thought I was buying my dream 1993 Mustang that was supposed to come in Haggerty's Classic Car condition of excellent and what was delivered was not even close to good condition. Not to mention, suspension work that was agreed upon before delivery was not even done. Dealership told me that this car slipped through the cracks. The fact is still to this day I can not even get these guys to send me the correct title. I still can't get the car titled because these guys refused to send it. I'm thousands of dollars in the hole and the vehicle is falling apart. This dealership lied to me about the condition, didn't do the work we agreed upon and I still can't get them to send me the right title. I'm so upset. My dream car is a nightmare. Thanks NFI, may you all get the karma you deserve.

Salesman was very professional about the sale and questions being answered in a timely fashion! Staff was all very friendly, making the entire buying process very easy and manageable from a distance away!

I had NFI install gears in my Jeep. They installed 5.13 gears on a stock carrier. This caused the front diff to tear teeth off the ring gear. After speaking with a reputable company, I learned you can not install these gears on a stock carrier as the mesh pattern will never be right. Due to NFI lack of knowledge they said we ordered the correct part for your jeep. They also returned my jeep with no front diff cover. The rear diff also ended up being install improperly. I am now having a reputable company that stands behind their work correct their mistakes, both front and rear axles.

I was looking for a supercar and found a 2009 lamborghini gallardo lp560-4 from NFI empire At 1st I was hesitant to call because they are a jeep specialist not supercar. But I took the chance anyways. But let me tell you, my sales representative Dennis walked me from start to finish like I was a VVIP CUSTOMER. The service I got from them was out of this world. I did not even step 1 foot into the dealership they did the whole process virtually. My loan got approved from a credit union with amazing rates. Dennis and NFI by far are very amazing I would highly recommend them if you are in a need for a vehicle ask for Dennis. He will treat you like family
