Disappointed in reply time and ability to communicate with me. I gave ideas for vehicles I’d be interested in but apparently they don’t have time for me!

There responsiveness is non existent when inquiring about purchasing a car. And that was knowing that I was prepared to make a quick cash sale. Something tells me that I should have read their reviews before putting in any effort or attempt to purchase a car for them. There is a reason why a consignor's car sits idly for sale for six months. Back to BAT it is.

I had a fantastic experience with NFI Empire car restoration shop. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, cordial, and genuinely welcoming. They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows in every interaction and every detail of the shop. The facility itself is exceptionally clean and organized — which immediately gave me confidence that my car would be handled with the same level of care and precision. They were patient and attentive throughout the entire process. I’m not an expert when it comes to restoration, but they took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood the options available to me. They listened carefully to my concerns and helped me prioritize the restoration work in a way that kept my budget in mind without sacrificing the most important elements. They also did an excellent job balancing originality with drivability. I appreciated their flexibility in preserving the car’s original character while making sensible choices to ensure it could be safely enjoyed on the road. The result delivered high value for the cost, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, high quality, exacting restoration work. Best of luck from 64' Eldorado Biarritz

Curious about a car I would like. Can afford it, but not a good way to follow through. Timing, distance, transit, garaging. Dealer was polite, no pressure.

lol my Google review Spent two days remotely negotiating a deal on a consignment Evora. We agreed on a price, I paid a $500 deposit for first right of refusal, and booked $2000 in flights to Erie to inspect the car in person before wiring funds, a completely standard process for a $90k+ vehicle. Two hours after discussing the wiring money process, I got a call saying another buyer offered sticker price and that I needed to pay the full sticker amount right now, sight unseen, or lose the car. No offer to honor my deposit terms. No offer to let me come Thursday as planned and even match the price in person. Just a take-it-or-leave-it ultimatum. When I pointed out their 2.5 star reviews on Cars.com (a website they can’t delete negative reviews on) the salesman told me I was "just mad." Two days of negotiation, $500 out of pocket, flights booked — and that was the response. A first right of refusal deposit means something, or it means nothing. Here it meant nothing. The deposit was used as a pressure tool rather than honored as an agreement. If this is how they operate before the sale, I'd hate to see what happens after. These guys clearly aren’t skilled in dealing with more enthusiast car owners, and aren’t looking to establish relationships. Probably a decent dealer if you live in the middle of nowhere and want an F-150 at 17% APR though. Buyer beware.

This is unbelievable. I waited 70 days to get a confirmation that the title for a car I purchased in cash was finally being mailed to me, only to find out it was mailed and delivered to the wrong address. I can’t legally drive this car as the registration expired, I can’t get a hold of Brad their title guy despite multiple calls and voicemails, I can’t get an answer as to why it’s so hard to put the right address on the box. I still have no resolution to this issue, as everyone involved in this clown show is busy when I happen to call in. Nice customer service fellas! Run don’t walk away from this place

Called to buy their car at asking price. I called after getting the email from Nick and left a voice mail 3 days ago - no reply from him. Must have enough money already...too bad... but i'll find the car I'm looking for elsewhere...
