Kevin Spezzano is the most genuine, honest and attentive service manager I’ve ever encountered. He actually cares. He wants customers to be happy with their service experience even while overwhelmed by a volume of vehicles that are chronically in need of repair. Kudos to Kevin, shame on Chrysler manufacturing.

We stopped in without an appointment and Clayton worked to find the cars we researched. We drove them and decided on the best car for our needs. The price was right and the team was able to get us a better financing interest rate than our local credit union. Final completion of paper work was done smoothly and efficiently. The actual process of purchasing was very easy and efficient. The staff are friendly, transparent and knowledgeable.

My wife was traveling and had issues with our 2019 RAM . I was concerned with my wife being without transportation 4 states away from home. I explained the situation to the service department. The service rep Daniel was excellent with how he handled everything. He kept us well informed and guided us through everything even recommending that we put in an insurance claim when it was identified that mice chewing the wiring was the issue. I was very impressed with this service department and the quality of the work performed. My wife travels to the area on a monthly basis, I intend on having the normal service done on the RAM rather then at a local dealership because of the great job they did.
