Service advisors are extremely helpful and professional. Everything in the customer waiting area was filled up and clean. Everyone in the service department were willing to help. My tire was quickly plugged and all tires were at 40 psi each. Perfect!

Today I had a call from Kevin at McGovern to make sure my issues from yesterday were all taken care. Love that this dealership has acknowledged my needs and is always striving to make sure they can do better for their customers. Would highly recommend working with this dealership. My old jeep (that I bought from another dealership) was out of service and I was not being helped by my previous dealership at all. Stopped by McGovern Jeep and John and Tom were able to help me navigate a difficult situation and get me into a new car. They were fair on the price and helped me when two other dealerships I went to were little to no help for my particular situation. If you are looking for a jeep I would highly recommend buying one from them.
