Quick and very transparent Car Dealer

Very Quick Purchasing experience. Very straight forward credit and income approval which made the beginning process easy.No hidden Dealer fees and the guy was very straight forward about what I was purchasing along with my car. The Acura ILX i bought from him runs like an absolute dream. I recommend checking his dealer out. Simply the best in New Jersey!!

Awesome experience

Awesome experience, very honest and friendly from start to end. Dealer fees are not outrageous like other dealerships I've been to. I would highly recommend. Thank you!

Openly admitted to bait and switch.

Pretty standard setup of wanting to check out their Subaru Impreza. Upon taking it out the brakes were rusty as the car hadn't run in over a month, they also needed to bring a jumper as they didn't expect the battery to be functional for the test drive. However all that was small compared to the $2500 dealer fee they tried to shove on the car. They then "took off" about $1000 to make it seem like a good deal. Upon asking for why it was so high the owner said to my face that the fee was the only way they could turn a profit and said the price was low to get people in the door. So this place openly admits to bait and switch with their prices. Never do business here if you like money and good cars.

YOUR CAR WILL BE $4,000 MORE THAN ADVERTISED - MIN

CALLED THEESE GUYS - IMMEDIATLY I DETECTED THE SCAM - ALL PRICES ARE BROKEN DOWN INTO PURE PRICE AND ADD ON DEALER FEES ASIDE OF THE NORMAL ONES, FOR EXAMPLE YOU CALL FOR A CAR ADVERTISED FOR $22K THE GUY TELLS YOU OHH UHH AHHH OUT THE SOORE $29K SEE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME DEALING WITH THESE GORILAS

great experience good inventory

bought a gti from this dealer they were great fast and to the point i wasin and out in 1 hour thank you for making it so easy

Liars

Drove all the way here to see a car and was directed to come to this facility 3 different websites list one price and I even called to confirm, I get there and the car apparently is 1000 more with an additional 1500 in taxes ? Turned a $5000 car into 7500 ? Ridiculous. Immediately left , very shady . Also was told the car was there for over a year but according to the sales person it was only 3 months ? To many conflicting issues . Don’t spend your money

Dishonest and greedy

Sent them multiple emails and even called them asking about dealer fees. They didn't provide the details. Spent 2 hours time to go there and they had a outrageous $2500 dealer fees which totally destroys their price competetiveness. Total waste of time.

LG, New Jersey

Very disappointing. After several phone calls and texts, the rep offered a firm out the door price on our selected car. The deal was very clear. He knew we needed a car. He knew our bottom line. He knew we were traveling a distance to pick it up. And the concerns with safety given the COVID-19 pandemic are obvious and serious. Literally about to sign and he requests another $1300 beyond his promised price. He explains he made "a mistake" in his "firm" offer. Sometimes it's not about the $. I find it unnerving to deal with shady operations. Bottom line, spend your hard-earned dollars elsewhere. Honest people deserve your business. NOT HERE.

Rip Off Dealership

This dealership ain't nothing but a rip off they will run your credit without your permission they would try to get you to put down $2000 or $3000 on 2010 Cars. they would also switch cars on you I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP they is full of it Never seen people so dirty in my life .

Natasha im sorry about yesterday we have 3 of the same car same year some model 2010 mercedes e350 i made a honest mistake and picked the wrong one while im working from home and for that one you needed 2000 down the one you wanted you needed 3000 down the banks ask for this not us we opened up just to sell you the car i could say some nasty things to you as well but im not how do you call us names like this we made a mistake you couldve gotten the other one u just needed more money down the car was more money then the other one thats why good luck and be safe god bless
