typical used car dealership theft tactics.

I inquired about a 2015 VW Sportwagen with damage history at $13,000. They wanted to tack on $3500 to the total price for "inspection and dealer fees" and then claimed I was still getting a good deal because the KBB value was like $18k for a non-wrecked car. Its still listed on cars.com because they cant sell it and keep dropping the price. Clowns.

AVOID!

The guy pressed me hard to get a warranty but i did not buy one - makes me think he knew about some of the problems. Came with a carfax report but about a week later the check engine light came on. I took it to the dealership and within the next 2 months it needed the following repairs: timing chain $3700, cam stuff $500, melted plug $400, cracked thermostat and water pump $1500, rear hubs $800 for a grand total of $6900. I called them twice and told them about about and twice they said the owner would call me back and he never called. Also, the listed price on the internet was $15,000 and when we sat down to sign the paperwork, the price became $17,190 with mysterious fees. I wish I had walked away with this major red flag. AVOID THIS DEALER.

Bad business

I gave $5000 down for a 18,000 car and the $5000 was taken for made up fees.... instead of the principal being knocked down to $13000 so basically I was robbed never again will I buy another car or recommend someone.

Quick and very transparent Car Dealer

Very Quick Purchasing experience. Very straight forward credit and income approval which made the beginning process easy.No hidden Dealer fees and the guy was very straight forward about what I was purchasing along with my car. The Acura ILX i bought from him runs like an absolute dream. I recommend checking his dealer out. Simply the best in New Jersey!!

Openly admitted to bait and switch.

Pretty standard setup of wanting to check out their Subaru Impreza. Upon taking it out the brakes were rusty as the car hadn't run in over a month, they also needed to bring a jumper as they didn't expect the battery to be functional for the test drive. However all that was small compared to the $2500 dealer fee they tried to shove on the car. They then "took off" about $1000 to make it seem like a good deal. Upon asking for why it was so high the owner said to my face that the fee was the only way they could turn a profit and said the price was low to get people in the door. So this place openly admits to bait and switch with their prices. Never do business here if you like money and good cars.
