Bought a car at Iauto. Iauto tried to add $800 to the price, hidden in the paperwork. Carefully checked all warranty information. Car leaked oil when I got home from buying the car!! No way they did not know this. Wont return calls. Wont give me the managers name. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Dishonest, deceptive and disingenuous HACKS!!!

I had set up an appointment to come out and view a MKX that I saw online then once I checked the reviews for the dealership I decided not to go in nine out of 10 reviews was terrible I think I'm going to keep looking

Do not buy here, I had a very bad experience with this dealership. They will rip you off! I bought a truck from them that was supposed to be a good deal for a project truck, but the dealership did not disclose how badly rusted the truck was. I paid 9,500 for the truck and then once I have it looked at, I sold it back to them. I had the truck less than 10 days and they did not even offer to return my money. Instead, they gave my 3,000 back and they now have the truck up for sale again for 8,995. These guys do horrible business. I am already filing paperwork with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. Again do not shop here.

Absolutely the worst customer service from Shawn in sales to the sales manager! Never would recommend this dealership to ANYONE!

Absolutely rude, inappropriate & terrible customer service by Shawn who never followed up as promised, horrific attitude by Tom as well as the sales manager. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE. I saw a lot of poor reviews after the fact experiencing the same issues I had. Their response is always the same chain letter. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
