Don't buy any car from this dealer, they will sneak in the extended warranty, the fabric warranty, put you into high interest. They are not maintenance their cars, so you will pay more than the price.

I bought a truck and it was a messy situation. I had to get a lawyer, and I also had to have the Attorney General step in. They will never return calls They will never acknowledge there's an issue They will berate you They will double charge you They will add fake fees The do sale rolled back odometer vehicles They try to fix titles No one should shop at Iauto. Their cars are not cheap. They will take your dough and run. They do not take calls.

Just like all the other reviews, this place is a rip-off! The loan had a hidden loan within it that would have had me paying 100% interest! Four days after buying the car the radiator fan unit went out. $600! We tried and tried to get them to pay for it, but they would never get back to us. They will sell you a car quick as possible, then drop you like a hot potato. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from here DON'T! Rating should have a negative star because that's what I would rated them. Check your CarFAX before you let them swindle you into a deal that you would not have otherwise made. After attempting to return a vehicle I was presented with a new contract that was given to me after I had fully disclose that I can not make any legal discussions at this time. So the car was not taken back but a new contract was signed. Not sure at this time how I want to handle this but I should not have been taken advantage in my full disclosure of my state of mind before the signing of this contract. To the manager: Is it time to arbitrate?

I attempted to purchase the 2013 Cadillac Xts , After I test drove the car , I pointed out what needed to be fixed , I went back 3days later after they told me the car was fixed , Drove it home , Nothing was fixed , I told the finance company about the situation and I will be taking the car back , NO DEAL , When took the car back , All of the nice talk went out the window , I called the police because they refused to give me my deposit of 1000 back , Only to have the police tell me they wanted me off the lot , They got the car back , Kept my money and my deposit receipt and kicked me off the lot. Don't trust these evil opportunists people with your time or money , When you do wrong by people you depend on keep your business running , YOU WON'T BE IN BUSINESS MUCH LONGER . GOD DON'T LIKE UNGLY

My son bought a car here March 2023 nothing but problems. Car now needs a new engine. Take any car to your mechanic first if your going here!
