Aaron and his staff aren't looking for customers. They're looking for victims. Liars, thieves and cowards. Especially Aaron. Aaron will have a public nervous breakdown when confronted. Incompetent mechanics and untrustworthy sales staff. Avoid at all costs.

Don't buy any car from this dealer, they will sneak in the extended warranty, the fabric warranty, put you into high interest. They are not maintenance their cars, so you will pay more than the price.

I bought a truck and it was a messy situation. I had to get a lawyer, and I also had to have the Attorney General step in. They will never return calls They will never acknowledge there's an issue They will berate you They will double charge you They will add fake fees The do sale rolled back odometer vehicles They try to fix titles No one should shop at Iauto. Their cars are not cheap. They will take your dough and run. They do not take calls.

I traded in my van for a Jeep in May 2023, it’s now September and they still haven’t paid off my van, now I’m behind payments I didn’t know I had and my credit is shot. 0/10

Just like all the other reviews, this place is a rip-off! The loan had a hidden loan within it that would have had me paying 100% interest! Four days after buying the car the radiator fan unit went out. $600! We tried and tried to get them to pay for it, but they would never get back to us. They will sell you a car quick as possible, then drop you like a hot potato. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle from here DON'T! Rating should have a negative star because that's what I would rated them. Check your CarFAX before you let them swindle you into a deal that you would not have otherwise made. After attempting to return a vehicle I was presented with a new contract that was given to me after I had fully disclose that I can not make any legal discussions at this time. So the car was not taken back but a new contract was signed. Not sure at this time how I want to handle this but I should not have been taken advantage in my full disclosure of my state of mind before the signing of this contract. To the manager: Is it time to arbitrate?
