Good car shopping experience.
Thanks for a good car shopping experience. We bought a VW Eos Convertible from Mike last month. We've been having so much fun driving the vehicle that we forgot to write a review...until now. Our salesman Mike was very patient and helped us zoom in on the right car for us. And special thanks to Drew the shop mechanic who made sure the vehicle that we chose was safe to drive. We recommend AutoWise to anyone who is interested in purchasing a quality, preowned vehicle.

Best experience ever car shopping
Autowise is hands down the best...They took all the pain out of car shopping...there is NO pressure and they have a great selection...we bought 1 vehicle and told them what other type of vehicle we were looking for...a few days later they called us and said they had found one if we'd like to look at it...We did and bought it too...We bought both vehicles within 10 days. They are an awesome group, they made us feel at home and very comfortable...I would and have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Love my VW
I bought a used VW from Scott R. at Autowise about a month ago, the service was awesome and they were willing to meet all my needs for the vehicle. Sadly, someone hit me and my car was totaled. Good car and fair deal
We purchased a BMW hard top convertible from Scott Rhodes. Very personable. We had been looking for a BMW and they had several. The price was right. I hate to haggle over a few hundred dollars so when they say no haggling I respect that. They gave us a fair deal on our old car. We were very happy.

Second car purchase from Autowise.NET
The same thing happened twice! I shop around a lot before buying, starting with a good deal of online research. After visiting 8-9 other places I ended up at Autowise off 192 in Melbourne Florida. A locally owned and operated company. About 2 years ago I bought a Chevy Cruize for my son going off to college and yesterday we bought a Ford Explorer for my wife when the lease on her van expired. What I like about Autowise is their unique selection of high end used vehicles with low miles. They price very aggressively so there isn't much to haggle about, nor any upselling to sit through. So if you're like me and do your research upfront, I highly recommend Autowise. I also recommend finding Mike Geerlings on the lot. He was very helpful and got me the information I needed for a quick and comfortable decision.

The best car buying experience you can have
Just bought a Toyota Highlander from Autowise in West Melbourne FL. They have a great selection and very helpful bunch of guys you need to get down there and check out them out. Thanks to Jeff and Mike I am now driving a really nice vehicle. Thanks again guys

Mike was my salesman he was pleasant and professional. I like the car I purchased. It seems mechanically sound. It wasn't the deal of the century but I needed a car so it is what it is. That is not my compliant. Not having bought a car from a dealship in years I really was't familiar with their policy on transfering my tags. So I called and spoke with Thersa and she explained to me that they handle everything and since my sticker was about to expire they would handle that also. So I assumed all was good and waited for it to come in the mail. When the expriation was nearing on the paper tags I called Theresa to make she hadn't forgotten about me and she assured me she going the next day to handle that and I could either pick it up or she would mail it to me. I told her to please mail it to me as I don't live that close to the dealship. So I patiently wait. On the last day that the mail runs before my birthday I call concerned now because I will be driving illegally on an expired sticker and no registraion. I am told it was mailed the previously Thursday not to worry it should there that day or the next. Three days later I still have not recieved it. Now I'm getting upset and angry so my boyfriend called since my politically correct way of handeling things was not working. The conversation started out civil but rapidly became hostile on both sides. I'm not saying my boyfriend conducted himself in an appropriate manner but neither did Jeb and once again nothing was resolved. I immediatley called the DMV and explained my situation and was trying to find a resolution to this. The lady there checked my account and said Theresa did tranfer the title on July 9 but could not understand why the dealership was refusing to send it to me as this was July 24. She said I could purchase another one at full price but strongly suggested I file a complaint to the Burea of Dealer Services and proceeded to give me the number and persons name to speak to. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I waited yet another day since he assured me it was mailed last week. Of course it was not in the mailbox. So I called yet again to ask if I needed to purchase a duplicate myself. He nastily replied no, that the registration was there if I wanted to come pick it up. I replied no please send it to me as I don't live close by, then in the same breath told me they mailed it the night before and that he hopes I don't get it and have a nice day. ?????? Is it at the dealership? is it in the mail? do i need to go to the dmv and purchase another? I'm confused! The reason for this lenghty story is to make sure people are aware of what they're in store for if you chose to buy from this dealership. PS. AUTOWISE, there's no need for you to respond to my review with your usual defensive and derogatory remarks against my charcater as you do to anyone that does not agree with the way you do business.

We did in fact have some technical difficulties between the DMV, the previous owner of the vehicle and our title clerk. We make every effort to make every transaction as smooth as possible and unfortunately, this happened to have a lot of clerical, typographical and human errors involved. Not sure what the comment at the end is in reference to, but we never have negative things to say about anyone. We always take the positive road.
Horrible customer service
If they didn’t have the extra vehicle I wanted I would have walked away. After the paperwork was written up they added to the cost of the vehicle stating it was a commission for the salesperson. That should be in the advertised price. Then they double charged the titling fee. Stating the state charges to put the title in the “cloud”. I wanted them to provide documentation from the state which shows the extra titling fee which they would refuse. The sales manager is extremely unprofessional. They take advantage of people by doing in-house financing. Who knows how many people they have taken advantage of so far.
