Very unpleasant sales rep and owner. Pushy, belligerent and prejudice on top of this. Badgered me without my permission. Called me every day! This sleezy dealer cite a clean carfax yet on Autocheck (a report this dealer does NOT provide free for good reason) the car showed an accident. Glad I found out before I paid top dollar for an auction car. Considering a BBB case or contacting state consumer advocate. Whatever they answer, dont believe it! Slimey.

Where do I begin? Long story short, these guys are fantastic! The quality of their selection is the best around. Their pricing is fair. No pressure sales experience. Kevin Presa was amazing to work with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles in which I was interested and thorough in his explanation of each car's features. When I made my decision on which vehicle I wanted, Kevin walked me through the paperwork process like a breeze. I bought a beautiful 2006 BMW Z4 from them. I can't believe Jeb (the owner) found this car. It had only 31,000 miles on it! Aside from a worn radio knob and some old rubber trim, this car was in MINT condition. A couple of days later when I brought the car back for them to replace the rubber trim and radio knob like they promised, I told Jeb that the radiator/coolant light kept going on and off and asked if they could check that out too. Jeb said, "No problem!" and gave me a loaner car to drive while they were working on mine. Later that afternoon, he called me back and said they discovered that the coolant reservoir tank had a crack in it and was leaking. Jeb told me they were going to replace it with a new one at no charge to me. He let me borrow the loaner vehicle for another day as they had to order the part and it would be in the next day for them to replace. My whole experience, from the before, during, and especially the after, has been one that should be modeled across the entire used car industry. The kind of service and attention to the customer that Jeb and his team provide is one I would expect from a new car dealership, not a used one. Well done, Autowise! Thank you for an amazing vehicle and an even more amazing experience!

Popped in this past weekend (drove from Orlando) and had a fantastic experience. Everyone (and I mean everyone - all five guys whose photos are on the website) was super friendly and beyond pleasant. All the information was upfront and well documented. They were very knowledgeable and a great group to hang out with for a couple of hours while our sale went through. Honestly, I was slightly concerned when I saw the size of the place as smaller shops sometimes have sketchy reputations but you could tell this was more boutique, and not anything odd. I would head back there tomorrow in a second if I needed a classy used ride, and I live almost an hour away. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great place, great group of guys. The car and the deal were pretty sweet, too! Got a 2011 BMW that looks brand new. Couldn't be happier with it!

Drove 3 hours to look at a car they advertised on the the internet. Spoke and texted with Joe who was extremely helpful and honest. Car was exactly as advertised and although they didn’t negotiate the much, the car was already priced competitively. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant but Joe was who I dealt with and is all aces.

My wife and I did buy a car from Autowise and the above review is all correct. It is stated exactly how we were treated. The fact that we bought this car less than 6 months ago, had many conversations with you regarding the deposit, the tags, the repairs and you still have no idea who my wife is just goes to show how little you pay attention. Sorry, you are wrong on this one. And, it is very sad. Everyone there seemed so nice in the beginning and we were very hopeful to continue our relationship with you as we are going to be shopping for a truck soon. So sorry we won't be able to deal with you on that one.

Unfortunately, I cannot give a good review after our experience with this dealer. They turned out to be the epitome of the stereotypical used car dealer. They screwed up our deposit, then lied about it, refused to admit fault and make it right. They screwed up the transfer of the tags so we were driving with incorrect tags without knowing it, they lied when we asked them about that and refused to fix that as well. They were supposed to make repairs on the vehicle that we agreed to in the sale, and they still have not done that. We've heard nothing from them. As soon as they got our money we were forgotten completely. That's three pretty big strikes. They seemed so nice at first, but as soon as it came time to do the right thing, every single one of them refused. It makes me sad to know I did business with them and gave them my money. Will, of course, never go back, though we'll be looking to add another vehicle soon. And, of course, will make sure no one I know goes to them either.

Jeb, Jeff and the team made the experience of buying a car very easy. They like to have fun and we joked the whole time. They stand behind their cars and the price was right. best car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend this dealer.

Very rude wouldnt budge not even $50 off the price of a very millage vehicle they said they are a no haggle dealership and the price listed is the price no exceptions. If that's the case then they need to advertise that and stop wasting peoples time we had cash and they didn't want our business.

Scott was professional, knowledgeable and a gentleman. He realized this old lady knew cars and respected that. These local guys are friendly, fair and NO pressure. You feel good doing business with them and you leave feeling great about the deal on your car. No stiff suits or competitiveness, just a very pleasant, positive experience.
