Colonial Cadillac

Bought a 2015 ATS on Tuesday afternoon...picked it up on Wednesday afternoon. Everyone was wonderful with their help, especially the gentleman(whose name escapes me) who talked me through all the "bells and whistles" with the touchscreen, etc.

The service was wonderful but the vehicle is a piece of junk. It is definitely my last Cadillac.

The Service Team as well as all employees of Colonial Cadillac are always very courteous, friendly, and provide complete information regarding the repairs/maintenance work being done on my vehicle. I am always treated with the utmost respect from each employee I encounter. I have purchased 4 Cadillacs from this dealership. Peter Cascio, assistant service manager, our salesman John Bradley, and cashier Denise Leigh are extremely knowledgeable and courteous whether we are on the phone or interacting at the dealership.

everything was fine, except the car couldn't be washed as it was out of service

The staff made us feel like part of their Cadillac family right away. They were very knowledgeable and made sure that the car and service exceeding our expectations. We drove quite a distance from Connecticut, and it was well worth it. We will definitely buy more cars from Colonial Cadillac!
