Easy deal!

No high pressure. Vehicle was ready for test drive when we arrived from out of state, we signed the papers quickly, and were on our way. Van was delivered to us a few days later. Sweet! We would travel to do business with them again!

Complete dissatisfaction

Buyer beware! The Sales Department is second to none, however, that's where it ends. You couldn't find a worst service department if you looked for a 100 Years. They don't return calls, They schedule appointments when your lucky enough to get through to them, then the stories start when you get there. Please do yourselves a favor, go somewhere else!

So herb chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield is the closest...

So herb chambers Cadillac of Lynnfield is the closest Cadillac dealer to me. I drive the extra 20 miles out of my way just to go see Christian. First reason being I trust the guy. Second reason is he's always been honest third of all he's not going to recommend work you don't need and he also cares about his clients. He goes out of the way to make sure everything is done to your satisfaction and if it is not he will correct it. I will never buy another car from anyone other than colonial Cadillac or mr. John Bradley. So again thank you to both you guys and the whole colonial family for everything you guys do.

comfortable from doorway to delivery

The experience of working with Dave was great. There was no pressure. There was just a genuine feeling that he was doing what he could to help me find the vehicle I wanted. If it wasn't for me or I needed to think about it, he was supportive. Anyone looking for a new or used Cadillac would be lucky to work with Dave Robinson. I hope to be part of the Colonial Cadillac family for a long time! Thank you!

David made the car buying experience easy.

David was great to work with no pressure up front and honest. His knowledge of the vehicles is superior. I was not expecting to walk out of the dealership with a car that day but I did.

great experience so far

i was so surprised at how easy and painless the process was. i saw the ad online. i checked out the salespeople online. david robinson had a lot of good reviews. he deserves them. i think what most customers want is a good car with a reasonable price, and a polite experience. i called, texted, emailed david a lot of times. but he was patient and knowledgeably answered every single one of my questions. his bio on the colonial cadillac website say he's been doing this more than 30 years. i believe it. david gave me a good price, told me how the whole procedure works. i live in nyc, the dealership is in Massachusetts... but he knew exactly how things work. i can't find one thing to complain about so far. i'm in the middle of getting all my money together, then someone is going to drive the car up to me at no cost. i will update as the process goes.
