Just purchased a 2019 RDX from Sean Pontikos. I would rate our experience with 6 stars but there are only 5! We drove the RDX in October but did not decide to purchase until January. The process was done entirely by phone and email until it was ready for pick up. Could not have been any smoother. We got EXACTLY what we wanted and stayed within our budget. No other dealer we contacted could or would do the same and all pressured us to come to the dealership to discuss. We would definitely buy from Crown and Sean again. Ryan Ruiz did an expert job of explaining paperwork, as well.

My wife and I bought a car recently from Sean. He made the experience painless with his patience, attention to detail, and overall kindness! We had a sensor light go on a few days after purchasing the car and Greg agreed to look at. I’m quite sure other dealerships wouldn’t have done the same! We will purchase our next car from Crown!

Had a good experience purchasing an Acura RDX. Christopher McGrew and Matthew Dodok were upfront about leasing numbers and gave me a fair price on the car. Matt was very thorough with setting up things and making sure I was comfortable with all the features. Easy to reach via email or phone.

I was looking for my first car and Sean made this process so easy ! You always hear bad things about car salesmen: too pushy, only care about the sale etc. but I would not use any of those to describe Sean . He was very nice and accommodating and I love my 2019 RDX! When you pick up your car they have another rep walk you through the features, Sarah, she was also great and helped me get my car set up before driving away . Great cars and great service can’t ask for anything better !

If you’re looking for a new vehicle I recommend going to see Sean P. at Crown Acura!!! He remembered me from a visit in September. I went in on Dec. 13th for a simple oil change and decided to ask Sean what my options were since I was going over my miles on my 2016 ILX. Sean gave me my options and worked a great deal. Now I’m driving a 2019 TLX. I UPGRADED MYSELF!!! Sean was upfront, honest and one of the BEST sales reps I have ever encountered. Usually sitting in the dealership can take all day, I went in at 1:30 and was out by 5:00. Record timing in my option. The team at Crown Acura made the transaction simple and far from painful.
