On a recent Saturday I spent $787 for repairs on my 2003 Pontiac Grand Am. On the way home, my Grand Am lost all power and would not accelerate. I drove straight to Tom Hodges Auto Sales because I knew I needed another vehicle immediately and I didn't want to spend any more on repairs. Tom Hodges, Kenny, Pat and Lauren really helped me. I needed a dependable car at an affordable price. I picked out a clean 2004 Honda Civic with 100,000 less miles than my Grand Am. Tom, Kenny, Pat and Lauren made my purchase experience a very good one. In no time at all with all the help and info I needed, I made the purchase and my tags were transfered. I went from off the road with a car that needed repair to back on the road again in a dependable car I could afford. It has been a couple of weeks now and the money I'm saving in gas almost makes my payment on the Civic - and I even purchased the 3 year Value Guard Warranty. Most importantly, my wife likes the car and is pleased. I give everyone at Tom Hodges 5 stars. Thank you to each of you.

My new car purchase that I made yesterday was the second car I purchase from Tom Hodges Auto Sales. I have say that I have purchased many cars both new and used from different places and NEVER have I had such an amazing experience from the time I drove onto the lot till the time I drove off in my new car. No pressure to purchase, no unrealistic promises made just to get you to buy and NEVER felt the typical stress one would feel make sure a large purchase. My salesman on both purchase was Craig Snyder, he is one of the kindest and most caring people I have ever met. He truly was looking out for my best interests and pointed me toward what was the best for my situation and NEVER tried to put me into the most expensive car that he could. Offering to go so far as to help me find a car somewhere else so I couldn't get taken advantage of if I couldn't find something he had that would work. He was patient and understanding from start to finish showing me that he cared more for the person then the sale. Tom Hodges, the owner is someone that I now am proud to call a friend. When I made my first car purchase I had never met him before and now making my second car purchase I can truly say he is a man of HONOR, INTEGRITY AND COMPASSION. He treats everyone he meets as if he had known then for life. Makes you feel as if you are part of the team rather then just a check book showing that he also cares more about the person then he does the sale. He took the time to sit and talk with me about my life and an ongoing health situation and it felt good to know he cared. How many owners of an auto dealership have ever taken the time to stop and say Hi to you much less sit down and ask how you were doing while looking to purchase a car? NONE!!!! Lauren in the finance dept. worked all day making phone calls, speaking with finances companies to get me the best deal rather then just taking the first one that was approved just to close the deal. When I went in to do the paperwork she was incredibly informative and compassionate. She took interest in my life and took the time to get to know me and asked question about my life and me in general. In doing that she also showed me that she truly cared more about the person rather then the sale. So I guess what I am really trying to say is that everyone working at Tom Hodges Auto Sales truly cares more about the person then they do the sale. Thank you to everyone.

Stopped by a few times seeing what was on the lot. After a few trips I found a mini-van that we needed for family use. Spoke to Richard (salesman) and we test drove 2 vehicles, choose one and we did the sales and financing process. Pat called the next day and we were told it was a done deal. Come sign the papers. They worked a deal that was beyond turning down. Got our payments to where we wanted and could handle. The van runs great, the entire staff was awesome to work with. I had heard different things about this dealer, but after first hand experience I can tell you that they were all lies. I will used Tom Hodges and recommend him to everyone.

Lauren was so helpful with explaining all of the specifics of paperwork, and made the process quick, painless and enjoyable. It has been a while since I have stepped into a dealership, mainly because I was never comfortable. As soon as we got to Tom Hodges, I knew they were different. The staff was friendly and not pushy, they answered all my questions and were just really great people. I even got to meet the owner, Tom, and he was truly an awesome guy. He showed me where there service center was, introduced me to the rest of the staff, and was incredibly helpful! I would like to thank Richard, he made my car buying process completely painless, and Lauren, who made the paperwork easy to understand. I will buy any future cars I get here, and will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car. You are all truly amazing people, keep up the great work!

Well the title says it all, just finished my fourth purchase from Tom Hodges Auto and there is a simple reason i keep coming back and why i send everyone i can to them to buy a used vehicle......They are Honest!! there has always been a joke over the years any where you go "Never trust a used car salesman" well i'm here to prove that wrong. everyone of my purchases have been stress free. I told Craig the other day that "You guys have me guilty even looking anywhere else" they are really that good. one vehicle i purchased had a issue that Tom had to send it out to a couple of places to get it right and i know he spent way more than planned to get my vehicle fixed but he went above and beyond to make me happy. That is when i really saw what kind of people really work there. You know when a dealer gets to the point in a sale where he is not going to profit from the sale he will drop you like a hot potato and fend you off with every excuse in the book.... Not at Tom Hodges they never complained, not once they simply stood buy their customer service and took care of everything. Find that somewhere else...I dare you...no don't... just go to Tom Hodges first. Thanks Tom and all the crew.
